Monthly Rentals in Sunnyside, Queens

It is a great place to stay, I spent five weeks here and it was wonderful time, a very clean place, the beds are very comfortable, it is very close to Manhattan, the train station is only a three-minute walk away, there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the internet is very fast, perfect for working from home. The owners are very kind and helpful people, I would stay here again. Thank you so much Marianella and Jose.

Clean Affordable place for short stays!

Ertan is a great host. Everything was just as described in the listing. I did not experience any disappointment. He was attentive throughout my stay. I feel like I've gained a friend. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Wonderful and whimsically designed apartment in a very central location. It truly is an experience — it is so rare to be in a space that feels so custom and specific in a way that is not rooted in midcentury modernism. The sleeping nook is inviting and magical — I loved falling asleep looking at the twinkling wallpaper that wraps the ceiling. The space is spacious and has everything you would need and a fully equipped kitchen. The only draw sides are that it's a bit dark (wonderful mood lighting, but if you're trying to work it can be a little hard) and that there isn't a defined space to eat. But all things considered, it's really a magical and inviting space that is noteworthy and worth checking out!
