Monthly Rentals in Sunken Forest

Phil’s place was great, bigger than it looked in the pictures. It was wonderful getting to stay somewhere that felt like a home instead of a hotel, especially since we brought our dog. The neighborhood was quiet and there was plenty of good restaurants only a short drive away.

Perfect place to zen out during the off-season, the hosts were super generous, sending blessings to all!

I stayed here long term for four and a half months. Christine's place was outstanding, and I doubt you'll find a better deal. Space was very nice (looks even bigger in person) with brand new appliances. Easily best kitchen I've ever had access to. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood with plenty of stuff nearby. Only thing missing is in-unit laundry, however the local laundromat is great. Aside from the space she and her husband were fantastic hosts who went above and beyond. They even helped me get home when my car broke down. If you're staying on LI for a while you can't go wrong here.

Lovely little spot lots to look at and do. The host was responsive and helpful would definitely rent again
