Monthly Rentals in Sunken Forest

Amazing host! Very responsive and extremely cooperative! I had s change in my travel plan due to some family matter and she did everything to help and adjust the reservation to accommodate me. The host truly cares for their guests! Highly recommended!

My family stayed at Peggy’s for a family gathering near by! Peggy and family were so kind and helpful for anything we needed. Their cottage is well kept, as described, and extremely convenient to some restaurants and coffee!

Our stay at Dune Point Guesthouse in Cherry Grove was really exceptional. Our studio was well designed and a lot of thought was put into many of the smallest details that made you feel pampered and that the cost was both deserved and justified. The beach front main quarters also had many great places to lounge and chill or eat in either the sun or shade with ocean view that also provided you with private direct beach access and the use of great beach chairs during your stay - which were all great notable perks!

I stayed here long term for four and a half months. Christine's place was outstanding, and I doubt you'll find a better deal. Space was very nice (looks even bigger in person) with brand new appliances. Easily best kitchen I've ever had access to. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood with plenty of stuff nearby. Only thing missing is in-unit laundry, however the local laundromat is great. Aside from the space she and her husband were fantastic hosts who went above and beyond. They even helped me get home when my car broke down. If you're staying on LI for a while you can't go wrong here.
