We loved this place! Cozy, cute, and comfortable. Older complex, but the owners have done a great job making it feel modern and fun inside. Our teenagers enjoyed having the lower level to themselves and the foosball table. The Bella Vista / Bentonville area has interesting history and lots of art/culture to explore, and all the trails and outdoor activities! We will definitely be back and would love to stay in this condo again.

I had a great experience staying at Steven’s place! During my stay, the door lock ran out of battery, which I didn’t realize right away. However, Steven was incredibly responsive and quickly came over to assess the situation. He immediately figured out the issue and replaced the batteries, ensuring I had no further problems. His prompt and helpful response made a potential inconvenience feel like no big deal. I really appreciated his professionalism and how quickly he took care of everything. Highly recommend staying at Steven’s place – great host and fantastic service!

Beautiful view of the Elk River which is in the backyard! Bo gave great recommendations for places to eat which we appreciated. We came during the winter so we didn't get to enjoy the river, but it was a great place to stay for some peace and quiet. Bentonville, AR is about 30 min. away for great shopping which we indulged in. Apartment had everything we needed and we enjoyed having Netflix to watch a Christmas movie on after a long day of shopping.

Beautiful, clean place! Serene, private location. Loved all the birds at the bird feeder right outside the sliding door. So many lovely details! Price was amazing! Patricia communicated quickly. We loved our stay and will be back!
