Vacation rentals with beach access in Sullivan County

Had a great time up in smallwood, was a very peaceful environment. Enjoyed the deer, who were very friendly by the way ! The place was spacious, and comfortable. Spectacular setting! Incredibly comfortable home. Host/caretaker was very responsive and attentive to our questions and needs! It felt like home and we would definitely return. The porch is unbeatable!

Loved our stay ! I travel for work and pleasure 5 months out of the year and must admit Christopher’s home was one of the cleanest and well stocked homes I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in ! He thought of everything from kitchen tools/gadgets to batteries, condiments, board games, entertainment. Nothing like running our Aussie on the private acreage, making a fire surrounded by snow, grilling some steaks and unwinding watching some VHS tapes snuggled up. Found an amazing vintage “metal covered” surprise in the bookshelf ! While the bathrooms and floors could use a remodel, they were exceptionally clean, and I surely utilized the bathtub twice a day ! I didn’t even need to clean it first as I usually do in others homes. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful, quiet getaway, I highly recommend Christopher’s Airbnb ! Just make sure to bring your own charcoal and firewood for maximum enjoyment without even needing to leave !

Jennifers home was perfect for our needs on our long weekend trip. The hot tub was a big hit with our kids as was the bunk beds and arcade games. The house is conveniently located near the main lodge making access to the pool, marketplace, restaurant and garbage receptacles easy. Our only complaint was the weather prevented us from spending more time outside.

The place is peaceful and a good and solid base to explore Legoland and the beautiful trails and foliage in the area. Richard and Maryann were great, and we are very grateful that Richard helped prepare a fire for us. Just remember to buy some firewood at the local gas station. Easy walk down to the beautiful lake where they keep a small rowboat for use. It rained unfortunately when we were set to go boating so we missed out. Saved for future Legoland visits!

The first thing you see is the most welcoming porch in existence. Past the gigantic and comfortable couch and down the winding staircase, you see the gaming / living/ cooking/ everything room. Super versatile room where my family spent most of the time. When you get to the back. Oof those views that carried out into the lake were spectacular. It wasn’t rare to find wildlife walking past it. We saw 2 deer and some rabbits. The lake was ethereal. Really calming everything accessible to go for a swim or just get on the boat or kayak and just get lost around the bend. Very nice house. Would recommend for a getaway . Our family absolutely loved it.

This Little Haus was an absolute gem! So clean, comfortable, and offered everything we could need during our stay. The owners were friendly and super responsive when we reached out with any questions. We love Masthope and this home made for a cozy vacation for our family and pup!

This was a beautiful home. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. More than enough space for my boys to play and have some alone time when needed. You will see a lot of deer in the area. Tubing and skiing was only 4 minutes from the property. The hosts was very informative and helpful as well.

Such a lovely weekend at this charming home. Frederick’s place was updated, clean, and had everything you could need for a getaway. Will recommend!
