Monthly Rentals in Suginami City

Akiyo is easily the best AirBnb host I've ever experienced. She was so helpful, communicative, and proactive with our stay. I've not had better treatment even at 5-star hotels. From the moment of booking, she made sure we had all we needed to have an excellent stay. We were traveling with our young daughter and Akiyo even volunteered to set up a rental for a baby bed and managed all the logistics of this rental, including its return. She offered to make dinner reservations for us at the nearby izakayas. She was flexible on checkin and checkout time. She even hand drew a map for a difficult train transfer through Shinjuku station to make sure we arrived OK! And despite being so proactive, we never felt intruded upon or hovered over -- the space is incredibly private and serene. We are SO happy to have stayed in Asagaya which itself is such a beautiful area with a great walking street. Close to everything! Literally steps away from three great izakayas. 10/10, A+, would recommend!

A wonderful place to stay, great facilities and excellent hosts

I stayed for two months. The apartment has plenty of space for one person and it is perfectly equipped even for light cooking. Everything was clean and felt new. The location was superb! Just a few minutes walk to the nearest metro station and I was on my way to Shinjuku, for example. Also lots of cozy places to eat, with convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. Mr. Jun san was very kind as a host, quickly responded to any questions and provided plenty of information about check-in/check-out.

Kyoko's response was very polite and friendly.The environment of the minsu was also clean and tidy, and it was in a quiet place, so I had a relaxing rest.I am very grateful for my pleasant stay.I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.
