Monthly Rentals in Stromboli

our week of vacation in Stroboli was special.... the apricot house is very welcoming, comfortable and functional. especially for three friends looking for relaxation! Elena was attentive to making us feel comfortable and gave us many useful tips. And we were also lucky enough to witness an eruption of "Iddu" an extraordinary spectacle!!!

You could not ask for a better house or location. The house is immaculate and has a wonderful porch with outdoor cooking area. Indoors it is perfectly clean and very well appointed. Just a very short walk down to the beach and you are swimming. Great in all aspects.

We spent a few nights in late October and the place is really beautiful, the house itself as well as the island. You get stunning views on both the volcano as well as the sea. The house can be reached by approximately 30 minute walk from the port, or by a taxi. Be aware that off-season, there are no restaurants opened and you need to prepare your own food. The ingredients can be purchased in the local supermarkets which accept card payments. Also bear in mind that due to weather conditions, you might not be able to leave the island as expected, because the only way to/from Stromboli is by the hydrofoil or a ferry, so plan accordingly and leave a buffer. That’s what happened to us, but not even 3 days were enough, we were stranded on the island for 4 days and we missed our flight back home. Luckily, Renato was a really attentive and helpful host, and enabled us to stay all these additional nights for a reduced rate which we highly appreciated.
