My experience with David was 10/10, he was very easy to communicate with and helped us out with anything we needed throughout the entire stay.

This was such an incredible stay. We loved the farm and so did our dogs. They spent a long weekend off leash romping around with Luke’s very sweet dog and admiring his stunning Percheron and thoroughbred. My husband and I agreed, petting horses is good for the soul. His log cabin was disassembled, re located, and re built by him. He’s adorned it with a selection of antiques and reclaimed pieces that are truly enchanting and create such a fabulously unique atmosphere that was truly one of a kind. Prior to our stay I had read the reviews mentioning he had antiques and asked about local stores. Not only did he make recommendations, he stopped in 3 locations and got cards for us from each and let them know we may stop by prior to our arrival. We are already looking at dates for our next stay. This place is truly a slice of heaven on earth and an ode to unique and wonderful things that have existed in the world long before we existed and a display of creativity and craftsmanship. Second time staying, as always it's a great house in a great location, 10/10 recommend to anyone wanting a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors

This house is bigger than it first appears. Very clean, bright and well stocked. Every drawer was labeled so you know what is where. Firepit is fully stocked if you wanna buy some to burn. Plenty of amenities for summer but we were there in winter. Very responsive and even set up a tree for us!

Rene’s home was breathtaking. From early morning sunrises to witnessing full moon rise over the horizon. Beautiful and peaceful much needed from the chaos of life. Easy access to Williamsburg from the ferry small restaurants scattered throughout the county. Friends and family love the place so much that Rene‘s information was passed on for future stays. Thank you for reaching out with clear instructions, door codes along with prompt communications during the stay. I look forward to booking again this beautiful home.

we had a great time at Amy's. perfect location to stores, boat ramp etc. super clean and very relaxing place. a bunch of games for the kids and pool table for the adults. everyone in our group had a great time

We had a great time as a family of 6 (5 adults and 1 child), enjoying a Thanksgiving getaway on the lake. The house itself has tons of space, very comfortable, fast Wi-Fi, and matched the descriptions, but the real highlight was the amazing views of the lake and being able to walk down to the water and the dock. We also did some stargazing at night, and actually managed to spot the Milky Way on a particularly clear night, along with way more stars than you'd typically see just 70 miles from a major metro area like the triangle. Overall would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet lakefront getaway.

The Holiday House was perfect for our family visit to the Williamsburg-Yorktown-Jamestown triangle. The location is between Jamestown and Williamsburg with convenient connections to everywhere on the Peninsula. The kitchen is extraordinarily well stocked for preparing meals. Great sleeping arrangement. Lisa is a wonderfully gracious hostess and provided Christmas presents and s'more for the kids. We loved our stay!
