Vacation rentals in Stonewall

The place was clean, the beds were comfy and the view was gorgeous. We enjoyed the kayaks, the bikes and the hot tub during our weekend getaway. We did not use the grill but it would be nice too at sunset. You’d have the view and the sunset while hanging out on the deck and grilling. There’s a large table for everyone to eat at. There are 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is small but stocked with everything we needed. The coffee maker didn’t work well but we notified the Fred so I’m sure he’ll take care of that for the next guest. It was a cozy place to stay and gather with friends. Fred was very responsive and helpful.

Colby’s place was spacious and accommodating for our family’s lake house vacation. Super clean and comfortable and fully equipped with everything needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Ben’s place. It was in a great location, very roomy & comfortable, and clean.

What a wonderful few days in a town to which we’d never visited. The hosts made us feel like old friends and responded promptly to any communication. Lovely and cozy spot!

Johns is an excellent host. We have stayed at his property at Mariners Landing several times. House is clean and fresh with plenty of space . House is on golf course with accessible pools across the street. Johns property is in a nice quiet area with lots of walking paths. John is very helpful and responsive to any questions. We will be back in May.

Had a great stay at Breanna’s cottage in Afton. Breanna and her husband were super easy to communicate with and helpful. The place was also fantastic for the toddler we had in tow- with lots of toys and play spaces. Overall just what we needed for a winter weekend away. Place could have used a few more basics for cooking (olive oil, salt, pepper) given it was very much a cold weekend in.

Great Close to Ski accomodations for two families of 4. The home has a comfortable, clean and lived in feel and was perfect for us to connect. Views to the valley, fireplace, and hot tub were a bonus.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Sunset Farm. The home exceeded our expectations in every way. (We are a family who travels extensively so that’s not easy.) The house was clean, the beds were cozy with nice linens, the furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the wi-fi was super fast, the outdoor space was inviting, the view was stunning (especially at sunset), the location was ideal (Lexington is a charming town with some great restaurants) and the host was outstanding (Very responsive and all information provided was helpful and clear. ) We highly recommend Sunset Farm. Our family enjoyed our too short of a stay over the thanksgiving holiday! This beautiful home provided all the essentials and space we needed to have a beautiful Thanksgiving feast to enjoy with family! The 2 ovens came in handy to heat our meal. We also had a short drive to enjoy hiking at the Smith Mountain Lake State Park. Would be a beautiful place to stay and visit in the warmer months as well.

Kim is a wonderful host. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The cottage is very welcoming and felt homey upon entering. Kim has thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Perfect location for exploring the area. Thank you Kim!

The house is very convenient to the Wintergreen Resort. Well stocked and very dog friendly. Our family had a great stay!

Our stay was wonderful the place was perfect for a romantic getaway! The views are beyond spectacular!! Zaneta was very helpful and proactive with all information prior to our stay and before checking out! We would definitely stay here again!
