The spot was very secluded and cozy. The experience was just as expected from the description. The host on site was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

Didn’t do much but look out the beautiful windows on the porch. Even with the snow roads were easy to navigate.

Fantastic host! Beautiful, clean and cozy cabins with all the amenities mentioned. Misty was available for questions and responded to messages promptly. The quality of these cabins, the farm experience and attention to renters needs made our stay perfect in every way!

Our stay was great. The cabin was easy to find. And the area is very peaceful. The cabin stayed warm and was very cozy. Our hosts were phenomenal. They left us chocolate and flowers for our anniversary and were very responsive. We had a few minor mishaps and they were resolved VERY quickly. Our car battery had even died and the host was very helpful and even offered further assistance with our car troubles. We hope to stay again in the future!

A perfect cabin for a weekend snowboarding at Snowshoe! The cabin was fantastic, from the hot tub to the fire place to the beautiful surroundings. Will definitely book again!

Beautiful house, good value for the money. In a valley next to a stream with mountains all around on each side. Hot tub was great. Main downside is the sound proofing on the inside - sound carried from the main living area into almost all the other rooms.

Everything was as described at Ashley’s place. The cabin is cozy, the hot tub is amazing, and everything was clean when we arrived. It snowed the entire time we were there which we loved. They kept the driveway and entrance clear of snow! They have many board games, there is a tv in every room, and they are pet friendly. We recommend this place to anyone who wants a getaway!

We enjoyed our long weekend in the grizzly cabin. Beautiful cabin right on the river. Very spacious inside. Enjoyed using the hot tub despite the cold temperatures and snow outside. The pellet heater inside gives a great ambiance too. Catherine and Sean were great hosts. We had a roller-coaster of weather from flood conditions into a blizzard and they were on top of it throughout the weekend. Helping us dry wet clothes, or understand what to expect on the roads and how to get around in the snow. Felt like they understood the area and how to manage the risks of being in the mountains during these extreme weather events. We used the EV charger with the cabin as well. was getting about 9KWH charging speed even in single digit temps. perfect for exploring the are during the day. We did day trips to Timberline, Snowshoe, and Canaan to get a feel for skiing in the area. Elkins is a neat town as well. TipTop coffee and Byrds Donuts are two gems definitely worth a visit.

Would be difficult to get a better location than this. The dog loved the open space and the river access. The house was clean and easy to get access. We truly enjoyed our stay here and only wish that we could have stayed longer. Very comprehensive instructions about the house, the lot, directions to get there, and things to do. The directions can seem a little intimidating but we had no trouble at all getting there. Highly recommended if you are looking for some private space to relax, look at stars, and do some hiking.

We had an amazing girls trip at the cabin! We enjoyed the privacy and outdoor fire place. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for our trip!

We had an amazing stay at Jeff & Liz’s cabin—everything you need, including some extras we weren’t expecting, super cozy & cute, scenic & tucked away, and set up to emphasize quality time with loved ones. Jeff & Liz were very conscientious and took the time to communicate every detail ahead of the trip so that we had the smoothest possible start to the weekend, and knew exactly what to expect. Our little girl had a blast playing peekaboo with the long curtains! AND being able to bring our dog along meant that the whole family (and the two best buddies you could imagine) got to be together in a lovely, lively, cozy spot. Absolutely a hidden gem; we can’t wait to come back!

peaceful, beautiful, middle of nowhere. make sure to take the road by Holly park to get there. Do not take the back "road" from the other side. take 15, not 20. clean, comfortable, hospitable, fantastic experience. be aware, No AC, and no WiFi, service spotty.

We stayed at JoniSues cabin on the river to have a relaxing place to go to on my daughter’s wedding weekend. There were four of us staying there and it was just the perfect size. The riverfront location was very peaceful as well as beautiful. this is the very first Airbnb I have ever stayed in that had enough towels and washcloths for everyone for the entire stay. we made breakfast in the mornings and had everything we needed to accomplish that. Johnisue met us at the house with our key gave us a tour and detailed instructions. She was available if anything was needed but absolutely nothing was our stay was perfect.

Absolutely beautiful place! Loved every second of it! Very peaceful! Perfect for getting away from the everyday hustle! It was exactly what we needed!

This home is in a beautiful, nature all around setting with a creek/river practically at the door step. The daily friendly revisiting deer, playful Blue Jay's at back bird feeder, etc..very 😎cool!!. The home was exceptionally stocked with anything/everything one could possibly need for a restful & relaxing stay... soo comfy, cozy & super clean! The hosts were quick to respond to our reach outs & very accommodating. Their goal was to fully support & quickly address whatever question we had to ensure our stay was nothing but enjoyable 😉.
