Jermaine was ultra responsive and cool af. I flew in late at arrival and had a later flight upon departure and he was ultra flexible on my behalf and I really appreciate it. The place is private, quiet and in a good neighborhood. When I come back I will be staying again,

Place was very clean, easy self check in. Love the space and how big and spacious it is. Also very walkable to a lot of places. Only suggestion I would say is bring ear plugs or maybe a little speaker if light sleeper because they have little children who play and runs upstairs and it sounds like stomping in the morning so just be aware of that. Stayed out most of the day and came back late at night so most of time easy sleep and comfortable bed just be aware if light sleeper.

You can’t do much better than this location in terms of walking access to the downtown convention centers. Really homey place, elegant decor, and extremely well stocked, so many little things that you may need are most likely provided, and Thomas is very responsive and attentive. Absolutely recommend.

Everything was exactly how we pictured, exactly what we wanted! Amenities like towels, blankets and etc were great! Plenty towels. Comfortable space. Heat worked! Great stay overall.

Trev’s place is beautiful. I absolutely loved the home. The personal tour of the home by Trev was definitely top tier! The theatre was a plus. The basement was the absolute best and where we spent a lot of our time. I would 100% stay there whenever I’m in the Atlanta area. Trev made me feel like family.

This place exceeded every one of my expectations. If I’m ever in need of a place in Georgia I will be booking this one if it is available. Alicia went over and beyond. This is the third time my family has spent approximately a week at this location. Without me telling them, they saw the ages of my children, and made sure there were pack and plays set up for the baby in two separate rooms. The house has a great location, and is cozy, you will feel right at home. My children love the spot and see it as a home away from home at this point. I have used AirBNBs for years, but will continue to use Alicia's spot. If you have children I highly encourage this location.

Victor has excellent communication and followed up to ensure our needs were met. There were no issues with the property or the neighborhood. The house is very spacious and open.

Had a great stay! The unit was clean and accurate described. The bedroom with the queen bed does have stairs leading up to the other unit attached to the house but the door is locked and since I used that room mostly as an office it didn’t bother me too much. It did get a bit chilly as the night went on since we were in the lower unit but the heaters and additional space heaters helped to keep us warm. Overall had a great stay and the location made it easy to get around the city.

We enjoyed our stay at Piedmont house and it was the perfect location to enjoy our daughter's graduation from GA Tech. The house easily handled a portion of our family and was very comfortable. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen! Every cabinet was labeled and with more than other AirBnBs we've stayed at before. Teri & Sasha were very proactive with communication and responsiveness. They even had some local GA Tech gifts at check-in for us. So sweet! The home is artfully decorated with an Art Deco feel. But a lot of items are fragile, so it might not be the best location for small children.
