Philip was a great hose. He gave very clear instructions and was very quick to respond to any questions. I have the hot tub was amazing. That was probably my favorite part. It had kind of like a little loft upstairs area, which was beautiful and unique. The beds were very comfortable Great living room space and an awesome kitchen. The location was amazing and we had a wonderful time. Thanks Philip for the beautiful stay!

Great stay and close to the seawall. Loved being able to walk just about anywhere. The kitchen lacked some utensils needed to cook from the house, so I would recommend bringing your own things if you plan to eat from the home (we were missing measuring cups).

Ashely was very responsive and flexible before and during check-in. We loved our stay! The space is very unique and cozy. Getting to the house was an adventure as you drive on the beach to get into the neighborhood. This listing was in a great location and was the perfect stay for our weekend get-away.

My son and his friends had a great time at the beach and in the house. The house was the perfect set up for these teenage boys. The kitchen is so well stocked with plates and silverware, I came prepared, but that was an added amenity. The showers were well stocked with shampoo and things which I always appreciate. I also appreciated having all of the fixings for coffee to enjoy on the front porch. We had a great time! Thank you for sharing your lovely space with us.

This was a special treat for my 5 older grandchildren. They loved the place, we enjoyed grilling outside by the water and made s’mores over the fire pit. This was a relaxing way to spend our evening after a full day in Galveston. Loved our stay!

This location is perfect, and the hosts are incredibly responsive. The view of the ocean and ability to walk right out to it is outstanding. The home is appointed with all you could need. Sitting out on that deck will calm your soul.

It was a perfect spot for our family vacation. We loved how quiet and peaceful it was while still being close to restaurants and activities. We would definitely stay here again.

We visited a couple of weeks after a hurricane and it was as if it never happened. The house was clean and inviting. We instantly felt right at home. The kitchen is well stocked and linens are clean and soft.

Each time I visit Galveston I stay in Angie's property. I am very picky about where I stay, and Angie's is my spot. I recommend others consider staying here.

The house is gorgeous and it has the most amazing views. Sunrise from the master bedroom windows was the highlight of each morning. The owners were helpful and very responsive - we had one or two small issues at checkin that they handled immediately. We loved the closet of board games! The area is quiet and there is only one grocery store but it had everything we needed. We didn’t go to any local restaurants. A few things to consider: the listing says 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. This is true but one bedroom and bathroom is in an apartment downstairs so it wouldn’t be good for kids. It is a longer walk than it appears to the beach. It was fine for me and the kids but would’ve been way too far for someone with mobility challenges. The kitchen wasn’t as stocked as I had hoped (no real glass wine glasses, only plastic, not a lot of silverware, short supply of spatulas etc). Finally, there were no amenities for the beach, no buckets or shovels, no beach towels, so pack your own.

We absolutely loved our stay! The beds were extra comfy, lots of blankets and pillows. We'll stocked kitchen and absolutely beautiful! Enjoyed having a dip in the pool and the quick access to the beach along seawall blvd. Gorgeous views of the water from the balcony. I'd rate it one of the best airbnb's we have used by far! Wish we could of stayed longer.

The house was absolutely wonderful, it felt like home because it had everything you can think of needing. The beach was very close by and the neighborhood was quiet. Annie was very professional and provided extremely detailed instructions for everything we needed. I highly recommend this place.

Highly recommended. From the moment we arrived, we were treated and taken care of by the friendly and lovely caretakers of Islander East. In regards to the location, the beach access gives really gives you the feeling of having your own private beach. From strolling down the beach at night to see the stars to watching the sunrise in the morning. The view from apartment 608 was amazing too. The bed location was ideal. It was romantic and peaceful.

If you want a great gulf coast beach experience this if your place. Great beach view and access, house is very well maintained and comfortable. The house was also well equipped. I couldn’t have been happier with my decision to stay there. I highly recommend this property.

Had a great time at this home. Shannon was also accommodating and pleasant to work with. Steps from the water, clean house, good amenities, wonderful balconies, and plenty of space. With the cold weather, the wood fireplace in the home was a great addition. I would recommend.

Our family of 9 had a great winter weekend stay. The house is beautiful, layout is great and fit us perfectly. Great living area with high ceilings that was super comfy for all. Kitchen is lovely and well equipped. Nice beds and well appointed bedrooms for our group. The bunk room has full sized bunk beds, so were large enough for adults. Great views and beach access and very private in winter. Tammy was super responsive. There was some difficulty getting into the house at check-in and she responded right away. Also, answered all questions quickly. One of us left sentimental jewelry and she is mailing it back to her. House is located almost to the southern end of the island- far from the hustle and bustle of more crowded parts of Galveston which was perfect for us. Would absolutely book again for a group.

Spent a wonderful Christmas at Patrick’s place. The beach is beautiful and so much to do with / without family. Fun for all ages. The place was beautiful and exactly how it was listed. Definitely recommend! Thank you!!

Enjoyed our family get-together! Levi's house was large enough to host our gathering comfortably. The two refrigerators were invaluable for our group meals; the kitchen was very well-stocked. The home was clean, beautiful and comfortable, and doubly-so because of the beachfront locale! Highly recommend!

This home was beyond beautiful. My family and I enjoyed such great intimate moments. This was by far the perfect place to have my brothers engagement surprise. Although, we had a few hiccups after our stay. Which really affected me emotionally. I’m happy to say we got through the rough patch. Gabriela was very helpful and very generous and understanding throughout our entire stay. She was by far the sweetest. I hope to stay again in the future!

The location was absolutely perfect. The layout of the house is great for separation with groups. Plenty of space, plenty of views. We can’t wait to stay again.
