Apartment vacation rentals in Station 1

The host is super friendly. His caretaker is so approachable. Always available when we need something. The place is great. Free from noise. Beach front is walkable same as the market. The aircon is super cold and the connection is fast (Since I'm a freelancer, this is a major thumbs up from me 👍) Will definitely go back soon. ♥️

June was great at communication. We were met at the airport and guided all the way to the apartment. A first class service. We changed our plans at the very last minute due to us being unable to go to the Camotes due to the weather and came to Boracay. June was tremendously helpful especially at such short notice. A big thanks.

Elena has a wonderful place. She was hospitable and accommodating and answered Messages quickly at all hours of the day. The place is a bit farther from the action than most places, but easily accessible by tricycle. Her complex also has some very cute and friendly cats and dogs outside so that was definitely a plus for us

Good place, perfect hospitality

1 minute away from the beach and restaurants, good place, we were able to cook food for our breakfast, they also provided towels and added more after 2 days. We also arrived 2 hours early than the actual check in and they allowed us to check in early.

The host is very accommodating and very nice. This unit is on point. It's a must place to stay in Boracay. We really enjoyed our stay in Boracay.

This apartment was a great option for our group with 3 bedrooms and a beautiful beach nearby. Further Robinson's is just around the corner providing options for supermarket and indoor play area for our toddler. Asiana though a bit dated felt safe and clean. Pool is there but nobody using it and no reason to use when the beach is so close by. There are many tricycles to take you to station 2 for like 20 pesos. Small downside is lack of elevator, usually not a problem to go up two flights of stairs but a bit trickier with a baby and lots of stuff we had. Also there was a hot water issue in one bathroom so we used a different one. Finally caretaker responsiveness was not super reliable with a couple of things (water and garbage collection) taking a bit longer to arrange. All in all though very enjoyable stay.

Chill place close to the beach. Rosaly and Hermes were friendly. Good ac and internet.

i have enjoyed my stay here, the staff are all friendly and the location of the unit is great because it's so peaceful and it is located at the ground floor so it has easy access to the parking area, the phone signal is not strong but no worries because they have wifi. the caretaker is also approachable. overall it's worth it, I'll definitely comeback with my friends next time.

Definitely we will be back again. We love the place and the very private and peaceful area. The surroundings are clean and it has a private beach of its own. My family really enjoyed it. Thumbs up for the place...great host too.

Great space close to all the main water activities and such! Fast WiFi for working as well (300 mb/s during off peak and on peak was around 200 mb/s). Great host, very responsive :)

We had an amazing experience staying here. The location is right at the center of Station 2, beachfront, and only a few minutes away from D Mall. The room is exactly what was posted. It's spacious and had everything we needed: fast internet, a mini refrigerator, a flat-screen TV, and a clean bathroom. However, don't forget to ask for extra towels to cover one of the windows because the curtain is not long enough to cover it. Overall, we'll definitely recommend this to our friends and will stay here again on our future visit.

The location was waking distance to everything, the condo was very homey and clean. The staff was very helpful and so nice. The only downside was the penthouse was on the 4th floor and no elevators. Hard for the elderly people to get up and down the stairs. But overall loved the place, thank you again Ronald and family for inviting us to ur lovely home. Definitely will recommend this place to friends and families visiting Boracay 🥰

The room was exactly as shown in the photos. While it showed some signs of age, it was clean and well-maintained. Ate Rosalyn was very responsive and accommodating to our requests, which was a big plus. A few areas for improvement could include providing new pillows, additional kitchen essentials, and possibly a Smart TV for added convenience. As mentioned in the listing, getting to the property can be a bit challenging, so do keep that in mind. Overall, I highly recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for a serene getaway away from the bustling crowds of Boracay.

The place was beautiful, the views were incredible, the staff were SO accomodating. As others have said, the climb up 3 flights of stairs may be challenging for some, but it was well worth it! The room was very clean, the transportation offered was readily available. We loved our stay! Breakfast was amazing too!

We had no problems with our stay at all! The wifi worked great, it’s just you have to sign in every now and then. The breakfast was great with decent portions. There’s a free shuttle so you can save $ on E-Tricycles. The stay was worth it and the place was beautiful. It had a great view of the beach and it was very private. The beach in-front of the place is very quiet as it’s the end of station one. Close to the west cove ruins and friday beach Definitely recommend staying here !
