The apartment has a simply stunning view, which made our stay even more special. The location is also great, with easy access to the main tourist attractions. However, the bathroom could be better taken care of. Although it was functional, some details could be improved, such as the finish. Overall, the experience was positive and would recommend the property, especially for the incredible view.

We loved being in João's apartment, everything was spotless. The view is stunning... even more gorgeous than q appears in the pictures. With all ctz when we return to PG we want to stay in João's apartment!

Our experience in João's space was excellent. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and extremely well located. We were a few steps from the beach, which brought a lot of practicality to enjoy the sunny days, as well as being surrounded by a wide variety of trades. Bakeries, markets, pharmacies, shopping malls and restaurants — all within reach, which made our routine very easy during the stay. I traveled as a family, with my wife and daughter, and the space met our needs perfectly. João was also very attentive and available to answer questions and ensure that we had the best experience possible. Without a doubt, it is a place we recommend and we would like to return at a next opportunity.

The apartment is nicer than what you see in the photos, it is very spacious, it has a spectacular view and it is in a quiet place. It has a very good location, next to Pitangueiras beach and a 5-minute walk to Ensenada beach. The host was always attentive

The building offers unlimited ice and a gazebo parasol mounted daily on the beach, an incredible differential! ✅ Check in/Check out: Tranquilos, no problems. 💰 Cost-effectiveness: The price may seem high, but considering the benefits, it's well worth it! 🏝️ Spotlight: impeccable beach structure and incredible view. 📌 Suggestion: To better inform guests of all available benefits. I stayed at the Retiro da Dorothee beach house 1 month with my family (4 people and 2 dogs) The house is wonderful, the retreat area is super quiet and quiet, and 15 minutes from the city of Angra. We had people working in meetings at the same time and the Internet super fast and stable. The dogs loved the stay, super wide backyard, the beach is quiet. Dorothee was very kind, and went further than expected. The village put a net around the yard so that we can be calm about the dogs not leaving. Mr Nilson is super nice and always ready to help. He lives on the property that is the only downside of the house for privacy reasons. But it is very discreet and not intrusive. I recommend it! 5 stars. I'll want to return.

The house is very cozy and the outdoor space is very good for children to play. The kaiak tour was wonderful. The house was very clean and we were able to enjoy the days we spent a lot. We'll definitely go back. Milton is also a great host.

Juliana's house is very comfortable and cozy , the pier at the front of the house gives an extra charm and a huge practicality to those who want to ride a speedboat. The swimming pool was always clean as was the house. Dona Estela, the diarista, was super helpful and made us a delicious fish. We'll be back for sure !

Our stay was perfect, the house is out of the ordinary of beautiful, decoration, view, location, everything. We feel at home, really very beautiful and cozy, and to complete, next door there is a private beach.

I really liked the house as it is spacious. There are 3 suites on the second floor and 1 suite in the first. The kitchen is complete, it has everything and we hired the housekeeper. The condominium has everything, swimming pool, restaurant and supermarket. We hired a boat tour and left the pier of the house and the condominium has a marina. The owner of the house is very friendly. I want to come back more often.

It was a great stay,everything as the photos showed us. Very beautiful and pleasant place.Casa super clean,with the help of Dona Dilma,who by the way was a great person these days.For rainy days,but nothing that would disturb us, we will surely return

I went out for a walk with friends. Me and they were delighted with the place. Amazing stay. Beautiful sea views! Well located house with leisure area and amazing garden. Full kitchen, and the best 2 refrigerators. Claudino always responding quickly and attentively. Caseiro Fabiano and his wife and the gardener, amazing people, always available when requested, polite and well communicative! We intend to return in prediction 🙏

Complete, spacious, clean condo. All rooms have air-conditioning, but we took very fresh days, they were not necessary. Well located, beautiful view. All that was needed for our stay was present: bath towels and bed linens (including extra quantity), kitchen utensils, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The condominium pool is wonderful. We'll definitely come back

one of the best lodging of my life, Fábio was very good people with us, the apartment is very cozy, it was very clean and smelling, very spacious, the life of the ap is beautiful, both of the bedroom, and the kitchen, I and my wife love very much, the pool of the condominium is amazing, the security of the condominium is top, the only thing in the apartment that was missed was the intercom to communicate with the concierge, in the rest was a blessing from God, thank you Fabio for letting agent come in earlier and leave later, thank you for the accommodation.

Lovely Carnival!!!! The apartment is cozy, beautiful and overlooking the pool and beach ( side) The condo is wonderful with a heated pool!!! Besides this is just across the street that is already on the beach. O. host always available with information, quick in replies and flexible. This is my top 1 for the Guarujá. Let's go back soon!! Excellent apartment, with a spectacular view, from the balcony you can see the sea, the boats. Very spacious, with all amenities and more. The condominium property is excellent, with a luxury restaurant, a very large pool. A few meters away there is quite a complete shopping. Boat tours hire you and come to get you from the condominium dock. A great place to have a great time.
