Waterfront vacation rentals in São Paulo

The apartment has a simply stunning view, which made our stay even more special. The location is also great, with easy access to the main tourist attractions. However, the bathroom could be better taken care of. Although it was functional, some details could be improved, such as the finish. Overall, the experience was positive and would recommend the property, especially for the incredible view.

Were wonderful days. From the ctt c Leandro, arrival, accommodation, cleaning, stay, location is the best of Praia Grande, in short, excellent td. The car just left the garage to leave. Soon we will return, no doubt.

João welcomed me super well and was very helpful. As I was moving, I had to do the early check in and he gave me all the support in this. The apartment is very faithful to the photos and comfortable. I felt at home during the time I was in. The only negative point of the entire stay was the next neighbor, whose apartment exudes an extremely strong stench of dog and cigarette, but it is not a characteristic that concerns the AP or the host.

Our stay was great, the flat is good, excellent location very close to the Grande, Tenório and Toninhas beaches, easy parking garage, near the edge of Itaguá where the restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shops, supermarkets, Shoping, etc...

The apartment is exactly like in the photos. It has a functional kitchen, a small bathroom (but sufficient), an auxiliary table with chairs for quick meals, double bed, a single model sofa, as well as mattresses, blankets and extra bedding. We were in two people and the size of the apartment was perfect for our needs during the trip. We were afraid of other evaluations, but I thought the apartment has a good circulation space. Other than that there are no windows from other nearby buildings, which gives you a cool privacy. The location is great, close to markets, bakeries and restaurants. The walk to the beach is fast and super quiet. Not to mention Karine's service, which was exceptional, always responding with great agility. She was very understanding and flexible at check-in and checkout times, which enabled us to make the most of our trip. We will definitely return on a new trip!

It was a fantastic stay. I have rarely been tempted to return to an airbnb in my life, and this is one of the ones I would return for sure. From the view of the beach to the sound of the sea, this apartment is therapy. The restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel was also very convenient.

We love the apartment and the location (foot in the sand)!! The place is wonderful, the view to the sea is a differential. It was all clean, organized, Mauro is very attentive and quick to answer if you have any questions.

I stayed at the Retiro da Dorothee beach house 1 month with my family (4 people and 2 dogs) The house is wonderful, the retreat area is super quiet and quiet, and 15 minutes from the city of Angra. We had people working in meetings at the same time and the Internet super fast and stable. The dogs loved the stay, super wide backyard, the beach is quiet. Dorothee was very kind, and went further than expected. The village put a net around the yard so that we can be calm about the dogs not leaving. Mr Nilson is super nice and always ready to help. He lives on the property that is the only downside of the house for privacy reasons. But it is very discreet and not intrusive. I recommend it! 5 stars. I'll want to return.

The house is very cozy and the outdoor space is very good for children to play. The kaiak tour was wonderful. The house was very clean and we were able to enjoy the days we spent a lot. We'll definitely go back. Milton is also a great host.

Our stay was perfect, the house is out of the ordinary of beautiful, decoration, view, location, everything. We feel at home, really very beautiful and cozy, and to complete, next door there is a private beach.

Great home, amazing location with very attentive host communication

I really liked the house as it is spacious. There are 3 suites on the second floor and 1 suite in the first. The kitchen is complete, it has everything and we hired the housekeeper. The condominium has everything, swimming pool, restaurant and supermarket. We hired a boat tour and left the pier of the house and the condominium has a marina. The owner of the house is very friendly. I want to come back more often.

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

Mr. Genaro very receptive and attentive, we are very pleased with the accommodation, location and leisure options of the condominium. Faramacia, supermarket, restaurants, shops and fairs, all very close, everything can be done on foot.

Great location and accommodation. I went with my husband, he was at work, and with this I wanted to have the freedom to be able to enjoy the hotel alone while he worked. And so I got it, both the apartment that had a balcony with a beautiful view, and the hotel pool, spa, walks, mall next door. David is very attentive and gave all the support during our entire stay. Congratulations on the details of the apartment and the cleaning, decoration. We felt at home. I recommend it and when I return to Angra it will be my landing.

It was simply wonderful, the apartment is impeccable and very complete, with all kitchen utensils, comfortable beds, a great location, very close to the beach, has a beautiful view. The condominium is very quiet, a great place of rest. Luciano always very helpful, responded quickly, gave us tips, super attentive. These were incredible days.

We liked the accommodation after 5 min. of Sopping of the Pirates. The pool is Wonderful. I recommend and wish to return.
