Great stay, apt well located and close to the beach, several restaurants nearby and market practically on the corner of the street! It was worth it.

Host Carlos all the time worried that everything was fine. We have no negative points, we will definitely go back. The whole area was according to the announcement.

This apartment is in a great part of town-Gonzaga. The beach is great with easy walking only 1 block. Grocery store, well stocked just across the street. The apartment has everything you would need. Airconditioning works well. Nice deck with views of the city and the beach. I would REALLY recommend the apartment. Plus, Sandra, your host, was responsive, and gave us a list of excellent restaurants. Finally, she hires a great cleaning person who came every weekday.

Excellent location, condominium with great structure for family, close to the beach and left nothing to be desired.

The apartment is super comfortable and clean, with all furnishings and household items in perfect conditions of use. Even with air-conditioning, we chose to use the ceiling fans that made the apartment even more airy. We also chose to use the bed and bath linens that were provided by the host at a fair cost. The township of the condominium was excellent and the children were able to play every day (A special observation for the life-saving service that was present daily). Thank you very much to the host Marcel for the dedication during our stay.

The apartment perfectly served my family. It has all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. Air conditioning in every room, and everything works. Everything was clean and organized. Good beds and tbm pillows. There's a dryer in the bathroom. Communication with the hosts was great, they always responded to me quickly. The location is excellent, outside the movement of the center, but quickly by car to get there. The condominium is excellent, great pools you can enjoy on a day that you don't want to go to the beach. We had a wonderful stay and will be back.

We were me, my son, fiancé and we love! A “setback” occurred for the good and Maria was super flexible with the time of entry. Upon arriving he gave us videos (super explanatory) of how to check in and how to locate us inside the condominium. Then he went to receive us and it was super solicitation and there were some candies and snacks greeting us. Apê Clean, cozy and close to supermarkets, bakery and the beach too (one line). I stayed for 10 days at home, needed time and tranquility to work. Balcony enclosed with glass, has a very cool landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Site easy plan walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo always attentive and proactive, even got an extra car seat during the weekend, by courtesy. Flexible Check in and Check out, I indicate for sure. Everything worked as advertised. Perfect location for short stay. The space was close to absolutely everything and the condominium was very quiet and quiet.

We love the stay. Super attentive Antonio, I responded whenever I needed it. The place is literally just across the avenue and it's already beach.. pity we only stayed 2 nights kkk nor did we want to leave kk. The only problem is that there are no screens on the windows and balcony. For those with a small child it must be difficult kkk mine is already 7 years old, so it's quieter.. Otherwise, I highly recommend it! ❤️

Thank you Raquel, we spent a couple of wonderful days, the ap is super complete. My husband can work quietly the days he was there. è near restaurant, market, pharmacy. Nearby to walk along the two beaches Riviera and Itaguaré. Great for those who have children because it is all screened, being very safe. We definitely leave with the urge to go back again.
