Great stay! Full condominium and well equipped apartment, very close to the main points of Xangri-Lá and Capão da Canoa.

Apartamento da Andréia is very cozy, well located, well equipped, very clean and organized. Above our expectations. Andréia was very attentive since the confirmation of the reservation and its assistants, who received us, Rose and Vini, were also attentive and helpful with super interesting tips from restaurants, attractions and sights of Gramado and Canela. Super recommend.

Excellent apto and the two kind, agile and helpful hosts. The apto has everything for a comfortable stay and a quiet arrival (water bottles, paper towel, etc.), it is all new and well equipped. Super good building and the convenience it has on the ground floor breaks a super branch. I recommend and hope to return to staying there again when I go to Poa!

The stay was perfect. The accommodations are great and the host is very receptive and willing to assist. The apartment is very well equipped. would return for sure.

I and my daughter loved the place, I arrived and the ap was very clean and it is like the pictures, very close to the beach! I'll come back more often and I'll indicate too! It's just an observation (not a complaint): the shower comes out water everywhere, I didn't care, but there will be people who will care.

Great location, new and modern building, the only thing missing is an air conditioner. Grand hosts, there was a delay in check-in, but promptly offered to resolve the situation and offered me another apartment to stay, until mine is available

Our stadia in the apartment was excellent. The condominium has a great leisure option with pool and restaurant and very comfortable apartment. Rosana was a great host gave us all the instructions prior to arrival and when we need to ask questions. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back.

The loft is very cozy, it makes us feel like a home and not in a rented space. All necessary utensils, clean and beautiful bed sheets. We love to have made this choice. The condominium is very good and close to everything. We stay there every summer.

A delight the house in front of the condominium lake exactly as the pictures, very nice. The excellent condominium tb with swimming pool , beauty room, restaurant etc very complete perfect for children.

Wonderful accommodation, within an ideal condominium for families with children and the elderly. Very quiet, wooded and gorgeous place. We loved the house, which offered ample space, very complete kitchen, TV with options for all ages, wonderful patio with sun loungers and hammocks, as well as fireplace and lights that gave a beach and mountain climate at the same time. The infra of the condominium is excellent, we take advantage of the thermal pool a lot. My daughter loved the turtles. Very close to the ramblas, with excellent restaurants and shops. Perfect for enjoying the summer in Atlantis!

We love the stay, the house is exactly as described by Priscila, all of great quality and super cozy. The Condominium is perfect for resting and for kids to enjoy. We were super well accommodated and Priscila assisted us when we need (wonderful). We will definitely return !!

The house is simply spectacular and perfect for families. We spent 4 extraordinary days. The condominium infrastructure is excellent. Next to the beach. Quiet place. Everything is extremely clean and organized, and the house is super well-equipped. Dona Sonia who accompanied us during these days is a love of person, very careful, helpful and concerned to accommodate us well. We really feel at home.

Excellent space, clean and organized. The condominium has a great infrastructure, with beach, swimming pools, sports courts and etc. O Fabiano always solicitous. We will definitely indicate and if we go to Capão da Canoa again we will stay with him!
