It's just an observation (not a complaint): the shower comes out water everywhere, I didn't care, but there will be people who will care.

We stayed for a week. Great site for rest. Beach practically empty. The hostess is always very attentive and ready to resolve any situation. Local is close to Torres and Capão for anyone who wants. Safe for children and pet. Even though it was a small condominium we had great privacy. We will return without a doubt!!

The structure of the condominium was very good, with large pools and the indoor heated, a very quiet and family environment. The condominium has a restaurant with good food and a fair price, we were with children so it helped a lot. Alexsandro and Silmara are very attentive and gentle always attended us promptly, gave valuable tips from very good restaurants. I hope to return soon.

The apartment is spacious and well located. The apartment is on the ground floor and has all the necessary utensils. Parking is a visitor's parking lot a little far away from the flat without a covered area. We went with our little dog and was told by the host that we could only circulate with her on the guide, could not release from the leash. After walking, a resident of the building, who also had a dog, told us that there was a space in the building to release the pets. The space is like a square, surrounded, where our puppy could run freely and make friends. The pity is that we only heard about this on the last day. I believe that the host did not know, as she did not inform us. So I leave a tip for those who have a pet: inform yourself in the concierge about the space of the pets. This is my second time staying with Fernando. Great apartment, all working perfectly, clean, bedding and towels of great quality and super clean! Super peaceful locale, has a large area of grass, a great pool, and for those who like dogs have even a mini dog track. Likewise, the dogs are super welcome and my b***h loves to stay there! The site also has a very cute little torment! Fernando is super accessible, responds fast and flexible with check in and check out! I will definitely come back and highly recommend it!

By far the best option in Gramado. We rent a car for private reasons, but the place is PERFECT! Practically next to Rua Torta, Aldeia do Santa Noel, in the center of Gramado. I went to the supermarket on foot. Pertinho do Alice. Simply excellent. I had a mishap in the apartment and surprisingly resolved everything in midnight. I recommend it a million times over. Presteza, attendance, cleaning, location. Another thing, there is a direct exit from the condominium to the Canela road. We were and we returned in the tours because it was all perfectly close. Better location and value.
