Vacation rentals with a patio in Springfield

This place is a gem, and so are the owners! They've been extremely responsive to requests and questions, and have gone out of their way many times to make the stay comfortable. The apartment is well equipped, has laundry in the basement, and is nicely furnished. 10/10!

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy and welcoming apartment. The space is well-furnished, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was very accommodating and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. As a first-floor apartment, it does come with quite a bit of noise from neighbors above, especially with their two huskies during the day and through the night (THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE HOST). I was able to play white noise on my phone which helped drown some of it out.

Great place! Clean, quiet and in a great and safe neighborhood. The layout of the apartment is perfect and the ability to walk to Washington Park is a huge bonus. Washington Park is the premier park in Springfield. You must go and hear the carillon being played and just walk through the park. The Hyvee grocery store is nearby and they have hot food to go if you don't want to cook. The hot food at Hyvee is reasonably priced also. Wal-Mart is a short drive away and there are several restaurants available nearby. The host was friendly and super responsive when I messaged him. The apartment has a mid-century modern theme which is very popular now and it is a very comfortable place. I would have stayed for another month but someone beat me to setting up a rental here. This includes a garage which is a huge bonus. I really enjoyed my stay here and my only regret is that I did not book it for longer. This is a 5 star place in all regards.

Chad’s place was wonderful. It was probably the most functional airbnb we have ever stayed at with every single thing you could possibly need being provided. The backyard is beautiful and perfect if you’re traveling with dogs. The street was quiet and couldn’t be more centrally located. We had a great stay and Chad was very responsive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cozy home away from home in the capitol city.

Perfect for our family. Easily access interstate to travel to family and friends. Janet even let family in early to stock the fridge and drop off gifts. She was responsive and beyond gracious to us. We will be staying again when it is time for our family visit.

Beautifully redone place in Springfield. Excellent safe location and plenty of room. Everything you could possibly need was included. Beds were very comfortable, if we went to Springfield again would definitely stay here again.

Sheri is an excellent host! I stayed in the host home for the Christmas holiday. My family from across several states joined together in the home as our first real gathering since my husband passed away the previous year. It was a very happy time for us. There were 11 of us overall and everyone loved the place and felt right at home. I traveled from Nevada. Upon arrival, I found everything I needed to relax and enjoy time with family. During our stay, my dog became very ill. I booked an extra night after our initial time was up. I wanted too make sure my dog was alright and I was rested before the drive ahead of us. Sheri was very flexible in working out the extra night and very attentive to the needs of my dog. She checked up on my dog even after I had arrived back home. I will definitely stay in her home again. I don’t think you can find a better host. Thank you Sheri for making our stay special.

A great place to stay, outfitted with all that you may need. Comfortably furnished, with a bohemian style. It is a duplex (which I inadvertently overlooked in the description), but you couldn't hear the family staying in the adjoining unit. Host was communicative, and our short stay was worth the cost.

My husband, our dog, my cousin and I stayed for a week to spend Thanksgiving with family in Springfield. We found the location very convenient with quick access (1-2 miles) to downtown and the beautiful Washington Park. This historic home is very charming and cozy, and very well thought out as an Airbnb. Jasmin was friendly and quick to respond to our inquiries. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!
