Vacation rentals with beach access in Spokane River

Amanda was a gem to work with. Always an immediate response. This adorable condo is so squeaky clean (I’m a stickler) and the beds and pillows were so comfortable! No back or neck aches 🙌🏻 Highly recommend and will rent again for sure ❤️

This place is so cozy and warm. Definitely homey feeling and convenient to go nearby - downtown and other cities. The local cafe and restaurants are also great! Amazing stay even during cloudy season.

The AirBnB was located in such a beautiful area! Tyler was quick to repond and very accommadating and quick to respond to inquiries about their home. It was clean and the bathroom was very large which was very nice. They had a lot of available in the AirBnB which made it easy to cook. Thanks for lettingbus stay in your home it was beautiful!

A perfect vacation stay for us! We ski at Schweitzer a few times a year and are excited to find Ryan's place as the best fit for our family in the future. We appreciated the fully supplied kitchen for cooking dinner, the well appointed living room and dining space, small washer and drier, and comfortable bed. The location was a 15 minute drive to the mountain in the morning for skiing and a 5 minute drive to town for dinner out. Ryan's communication was also excellent. If you are travelling from out of the area, he would be a great host to give you information for the area. Thank you Ryan and family, for sharing your Sandpoint home.

These accommodations did not disappoint! The spaciousness was more than we anticipated and we felt comfortably at home immediately upon entering. The beds and linens are super comfy and the cleanliness throughout the unit is impeccable. The street and business noise was minimally intrusive, but not unexpected as Jennings fully disclosed the location and nature of the surroundings in her description. Plus it was lovely being within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants we wanted to visit. Jennings clearly understands the assignment when it comes to providing a superior standard of host services and accommodations for her guests.

Mat’s place is clean, and well kept. Me and my wife found the place homey and cozy. Mat helped setting up the BBQ and get us going. One small thing, that will not affect my 5-star rating is to be little more cautious to check if the booker did check out or not before entering the unit🌹 Thank you!

Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay at this lovely lake front home. Very beautiful property, so quiet and peaceful. Large, clean and spacious home. Loved the deck! Gorgeous sunrise views from the deck each morning while sipping our coffee.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin with my husband and son. Amelia contacted me the morning of our check-in day letting me know what time the cabin would be ready for us and was very responsive. Having a designated, covered parking spot close to the cabin was great. The furniture and beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked with any item you would need, and we stayed cozy and warm even though the outside temperature was 14 to 16 degrees at night. I will certainly stay at this cute cabin again.

Everything about my experience renting Kellie’s home was great! She was very responsive to my questions and her home was absolutely perfect for my family who was visiting for my daughter’s wedding. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a place in the Hayden area!

My fiance and I stayed here for two months and had an absolute blast. Jen is so nice and gave us great recommendations for the area. We felt right at home and the house was extremely nice and updated. Just the right size for what we needed to work remotely. Movie theater upstairs was AWESOME. Didn’t think we’d use it that much but we were up there every night watching shows and films. We biked on the Route of Hiawatha, rented a boat on Coeur d’Alene lake, went and had Hudson’s hamburgers, saw the craziest fireworks show for 4th of July that we’d ever seen, drove 3 1/2 hours to Glacier National Park, hiked Tubbs Hill… the list goes on and on. One thing to mention is I wouldn’t come here with the intention of having a loud or rowdy group. The homes are close together and while we made great friends with the neighbors, most people living in this gated community are older so it wouldn’t be wise to do something like a bachelor party here, etc. Thanks again! What an amazing place to live.

This is the perfect place to stay for a larger family or two families with two masters and private baths and plenty of beds for kids. Everything was very clean and comfortable and being right on the river was amazing - beautiful views and fun activities with provided kayaks. The hot tub and covered porch were a plus too! Craig was also a great communicator. We will definitely consider coming back for family vacation again.

We had the loveliest month at Garry and Kathy's. Even my homebody teenager didn't want to leave, and that's really saying something! Perfect amount of room for our family of four, though you could easily fit 1-2 more and everybody would still be in beds. That being said, the couches are insanely comfortable, with each of the three sections are actually full recliners, so more than one morning I found somebody asleep on the couch after watching TV late. The full kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals, though make sure to check out the "Pizza Factory" nearby. Two car garage with garage door opener was an unexpected bonus. Communication was always prompt and helpful. If needed, they could come by same day to address any concerns. (We only needed that twice, due to kid-caused issues, not anything wrong with condo). It's located a very pretty drive just outside town. I cannot stress enough how peaceful and beautiful it is. Hopefully we'll be back!

Condo looked just like the pictures and was extremely clean. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed (and then some). There was even a personalized card and welcome gift upon our arrival. Overall great stay!

We needed a place to crash after our new years celebrations, and Camela’s place was perfect! Thanks for leaving us some extra toilet paper :)) safe neighborhood, easy walk to restaurants/bars, very clean and it had everything we needed! Thanks again!

Place was great. Loved the beautiful views. Very comfortable beds and many great kitchen utensils which is usually a problem when renting an air bnb they don’t have the things you need when cooking. A little too far from town. For us, we are younger and wanted to go out and enjoy the night life. But if you are looking for some place peaceful, this is your spot.

We loved our stay in Michele's condo overlooking the river. Parking for 1 small car onsite was great. Location very nice, walkable to some restaurants, shopping, even a movie theatre. Or a nice walk along the river. The condo was beautiful and well maintained, and we really loved sitting on the balcony in the morning having our coffee overlooking the water and would not hesitate to rebook this excellent home again.

Had a fantastic stay! The condo had everything we needed and was very clean upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable and the host provided great check-in and check-out instructions. Great location- slightly noisy but that comes with staying in a condo. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is comfortable, relaxing and clean. The Riverstone area has nice shops and restaurants. Even though it is a popular area it is peaceful. This area is convenient to most of the city. Our host was responsive to our needs and thanked us for staying. I would definitely stay again.
