Great place and perfect location to walk around and check the city out. Super clean, comfy bed, and appreciated the coffee and space heater offered! I was a little bit disappointed that when I asked if I was able to just drop my bags off earlier than my check in time, I was told it would cost me $70 extra dollars to do so (3 hours earlier than my check in time. $30 for 1 hour earlier. I paid $56 for the entire overnight stay) Being a solo female traveler that was getting dropped off in an area that had a lot of interesting characters all around the block, it was sketchy to be walking around with luggage and valuables. I absolutely understand paying a fee for early check in but I’ve done this a lot and it’s never been more than the cost of my entire stay. Luckily I was able to drop them off at a hotel where I wasn’t a guest and they happily held on to them for me until my check in time, but just wishing there would’ve been a more reasonable option. Overall beautiful and cozy space.

The unit was exactly as shown and described. Very clean. Everything worked just fine. Quiet and comfortable. A good central location for our needs.

Fantastic place to stay in Spokane! Close to everything. Jake was super responsive and friendly. Apartment was very clean! I accidentally spilled water all over the floor and when I wiped it up with a paper towel, there was no dirt on it. I was so impressed I made my husband come look at it 😂 We had everything we needed to cook our dinner and make treats. We will definitely be looking this place up on our next Spokane trip!

We had a fantastic stay! The beds and linens were so cozy and comfortable. The pillows as well- we slept great. The space is much larger than the photos make it seem, including an enormous laundry room. We were there for a track meet so that was nice to be able to wash gear:) Walkable to downtown- restaurants/shopping/coffee/venues… and right next to The Original Pancake House- highly recommend the bacon waffle :) parking was easy and there was plenty of it.

Great neighborhood — checked out Perry Street pizza and The Shop. Unit is small but to be expected, was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed for a short stay!

Great place to stay. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Their home was extremely clean and had all the amenities we could hope for. We'd definitely stay again!

Jeff was very kind and very communicative. He was helpful and answered when we reached out. His place was wonderful and we would enjoy visiting again!

Very comfortable stay. Clean and beds were cont. Perfect accommodations for our group of friends. Open concept kitchen and sitting room allowed us to gather and visit for meals. The hot tub, BBQ and fire pit were the perfect amenities for our winter retreat. Jeff was a great host. Communication was perfectly timed. He was proactive to ensure we had everything we needed, and quick to respond.

Our stay was perfect! I so appreciated the communication and the checking in throughout our visit. Our home was clean and comfortable and we were very happy with the location. I highly recommend this great spot!

As always Jerry And Natasha have the best stays in the Spokane area. They are great hosts will respond quickly if contacted and their properties are always immaculate, well stocked, and clean and fresh.

We were very happy with our stay, Plenty of room for my group, comfortable , Recommendations…could use a few more end tables and a chair in the the family room? , head boards on the beds would be a nice touch but nothing major needs to change , I can recommend and would stay here again

Jeffrey’s place was clean and spacious! Perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway!

We gathered for a late family Christmas celebration so loved the Christmas tree in the living room when we arrived. Nice touch. We had a lovely stay and we were all nicely accommodated in comfy beds. We had a plan for where each family member would sleep but switched it up when we saw the staircase (not recommended for those with limited mobility or young kids). All was well and the baby gate came in handy! Speaking of babies, the high chair and portable crib were game changers! We had a little issue with some water in the basement but Jeffrey was very prompt and communicative and sounds like it’s taken care of now. Kitchen was great and well appointed and stocked. Walking distance to Perry Street restaurants a plus. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend Jeffrey’s place!
