Super friendly and super helpful hosts. Although we were late due to the work along the way, they welcomed us with a smile and the kindness that characterized them throughout our stay. The house is clean and tidy. Everything is the same as the pictures. Super convenient parking in front of the entrance. The house also has a balcony, great for staying in the open area on sunny days. I highly recommend staying in this very welcoming home. The only "negative" thing is that due to the lack of antoni, on New Year's Eve the burst of firecrackers or fireworks is very much felt, so not suitable for those traveling with dogs who are afraid of the latter.

However, write We stayed in Romina's apartment for two nights from 12/30 to 01/1/2025 to celebrate New Year's Eve. We were a group of 8. The apartment is equipped with three bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. It is equipped with every comfort and very spacious environments perfect for quite large groups. In addition, the house was very warm, the radiators work perfectly, in addition to the possibility of using the fireplace (with wood constantly provided by the owners of the house) The house is a two-minute drive from the historic center of Marsciano and close to several supermarkets. Finally, Marsciano is a starting point for visiting Umbria and all its villages. Highly recommend!!
