Lyfield Barn is a gem of a spot in Hampshire. It is immaculately decorated, super clean and Juliet is a wonderful host. She shared recommendations for food and things to do. We will definitely stay again.

Fantastic time staying here with my parents. Mum has dementia & mobility issues so needed somewhere that was easy to navigate around & not too far from the beach. This was just perfect. The beach is so close, & provided us with a nice regular walk & lovely refreshments. It's also a great position to get to other parts of Dorset too. Everything was so easy, communication with the hosts was great & they checked in with us before our trip to see if there was anything we needed. We will definitely be booking again.

Only stayed the one night but perfect base for visiting Portsmouth historic dockyard and museums. Clean and tidy apartment. thank you

This is a great place to stay, clean, well equipped and comfortable. I was even able to do some remote work thanks to a good and fast internet connection. Nick was a great host and I was greeted with fresh milk, bread and pastries from the local bakery (located just next to the AirBnB).

We’ve stayed in lots of places over the years but have never had such good communications with any host, flexible to our needs. The place was outstanding too, with really comfy beds. The parking bay was real bonus and once we’d parked up we walked everywhere. Although there were other apartments there, we didn’t see or hear a single other person and the communal areas were spotlessly clean. I would recommend Julia’s places to anyone.

Absolutely wonderful place and so convenient for visiting Southampton. Very clean and spacious with lots of amenities and a very responsive and friendly host. Would definitely stay again ☺️

wow! the apartment is lovely, just as described and clean and comfortable. The hosts are great, respond and reach out to ensure everything is going well. The views and location is amazing, so if you want somewhere different book here. you're literally on the beach but you don't hear any noise from the dog walkers, cyclists and cafe downstairs. it's beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds, big kitchen and living room. Lovely space outside and so great to have access to the pool. Really nice area, we enjoyed visiting the local Roman Palace and West Wittering beach also.

We had a lovely stay. There was a footpath next to the accommodation which was handy to get into Graffham. The facilities in the accommodation were very lovely, but we did bang our heads a couple of times on the slanted walls in the bedroom. The accommodation was in driving range of other interesting towns The terrain of the farm roads was a bit rough on our car.

We had beautiful weather .. what a wonderful weekend. The flat is so inviting and welcoming .. the view overlooking the gardens from our private balcony was priceless. The bohemian style and charm of the flat was effortless and exquisite x Just oozes relaxation and calm. Thank you so much for your warm and generous welcome. Would highly recommend this place for a stay right in the heart of the New Forest. The only thing to note .. might be tricky to cook for a family and seat them indoors .. we did jacket potatoes one evening in microwave … and ate by the fire pit outdoors. It was idyllic x

Donna is great host, responsive and accommodating. The house was spotlessly clean. It's in a very quiet and convenient location. Lovely bed linen and towels!

The house was absolutely stunning and had no trouble housing my family of 6 adults and 3 children. Bibi was a great host and very accommodating with our dogs. The beech was less than a 5min walk and the local shops/ pubs were lovely, again within walking distance in the opposite direction. We also went into Chichester for a shopping trip and found loads of shops and restaurants which was not even a half hour drive away. Really enjoyed the house and the area as a whole and would defo stay again. Thanks for having us!

We had a great stay, the pool was fantastic and we were lucky to be able to make full use of it. Other comments mention the driveway being difficult to get out of, we found we were able to reverse into the driveway (we have a large SUV), which meant exiting was relatively easy. The beds were also comfortable. Thank you for hosting us!

From booking with Maria, to the end of our stay, the whole experiance was stress free. Her house is perfect for a few days away and is homely and beautifully decorated. Had the full use of the kitchen, although we ate out mostly. I met Maria on arrival and she was just lovely and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here and would myself in the future. This property was very warm and cosy and felt like a home from home. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed’s & bedding were very comfortable. Good location, walkable to Gun Wharf, Clarence pier as well as many restaurants, bars and convenience stores, also good access to the motorway. Would definitely recommend this property & would rent again next time I’m in Portsmouth! The only downside is the parking as there is only paid parking on the street which is very expensive. (Portsmouth in general)

An ideal location during an excellent summer week for me, my wife and our family, including young grandchildren. Welcoming, with excellent and extensive facilities our host made every effort to make our stay an enjoyable and relaxing time. Edwina responded promptly when we had a question and made it clear she would be there, if we needed any assistance. The description and numerous photos left no unwelcome surprises, we were very pleased with what we found. A generous and thoughtful host. A beautiful area with a range of activities, to suit all ages, supported by a peaceful home with plenty of things to amuse and entertain you if you want to chill out in between days out. All round great success.
