Absolutely stunning and immaculately spotless accommodation! Every detail of the converted barn has been crafted with such care and love, making it feel truly special. Without a doubt, this is the most stylish and pristine place I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Juliet goes above and beyond to ensure we felt completely at home, even surprising us with delightful fresh breakfast supplies! This accommodation is nothing short of a hidden gem, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Nice and Beautiful location. Only downside is the balustrade glass not high enough and poses potential risk for someone high on substance. This is not Charles hope fault but I think the developers could have figure out such a high building does not need the balcony to be well secured and protected.

We’ve stayed in lots of places over the years but have never had such good communications with any host, flexible to our needs. The place was outstanding too, with really comfy beds. The parking bay was real bonus and once we’d parked up we walked everywhere. Although there were other apartments there, we didn’t see or hear a single other person and the communal areas were spotlessly clean. I would recommend Julia’s places to anyone.

Iveta could not have been more welcoming. All sorts of goodies were left for us and the flat was clean and extremely homely. My daughter and I stayed for two weeks following surgery at the hospital and we could not have been more comfortable. I would highly recommend Iveta’s flat and would definitely return in the future .

The location is perfect you can go anywhere by walking and it’s front rail station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I have a problem I lost my bag in the airport and they helped me with it.

What a wonderful relaxing rural retreat. The accommodation was clean, spacious and very comfortable with plenty of space for parking and amenities. The host gave clear instructions and we had no issues finding where to go. The local village of Graffham is a short walk away with an excellent village shop and pub called The Foresters Arms which served delicious food and excellent ale. There were plenty of public foot paths and bridleways to explore and a host of animals on the farm to meet. The location is ideal for a quiet and peaceful time away in nature. Thoroughly recommended. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Wonderful friendly host, who helped us with our luggage and invited us to one of her art classes. The space was beautiful and clean. She even had washing items, tea and coffee, wine and milk. The grounds are great to explore and I would definitely return. Thank you so very much for having us.

This is a great location for staying on the IOW and even with bad back Chris could not have been more helpful. The amazing welcome basket kept us going through the festival and the place was perfect for what we needed. All a short walk to everywhere and ideal place to base yourself out of with a host who happily goes that extra mile. Thanks!

My family and I stayed at Chale Bay Farm over Easter for a couple of nights. It was very easy to find with plenty of parking and a beautiful location at the south of the island. It's very handy for the Wight Mouse Inn, which does a great selection of food. The rooms were clean, spacious and very nicely decorated with everything we needed. The kids liked the dinosaur and the fish. All in all, a very nice place to stay!

Donna is great host, responsive and accommodating. The house was spotlessly clean. It's in a very quiet and convenient location. Lovely bed linen and towels!

We had a great stay, the pool was fantastic and we were lucky to be able to make full use of it. Other comments mention the driveway being difficult to get out of, we found we were able to reverse into the driveway (we have a large SUV), which meant exiting was relatively easy. The beds were also comfortable. Thank you for hosting us!

I stayed at Lisa’s place for a few days due to work and I really glad I chose it. Room is quite big and with lots of storage space. The bathroom, for private use, is huge, and with many cool stuff. Lisa’s dog and cat have been nice friends while there, and I also enjoyed having a few chats with Lisa, who’s a really nice and welcoming person!

This property was very warm and cosy and felt like a home from home. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed’s & bedding were very comfortable. Good location, walkable to Gun Wharf, Clarence pier as well as many restaurants, bars and convenience stores, also good access to the motorway. Would definitely recommend this property & would rent again next time I’m in Portsmouth! The only downside is the parking as there is only paid parking on the street which is very expensive. (Portsmouth in general)

An ideal location during an excellent summer week for me, my wife and our family, including young grandchildren. Welcoming, with excellent and extensive facilities our host made every effort to make our stay an enjoyable and relaxing time. Edwina responded promptly when we had a question and made it clear she would be there, if we needed any assistance. The description and numerous photos left no unwelcome surprises, we were very pleased with what we found. A generous and thoughtful host. A beautiful area with a range of activities, to suit all ages, supported by a peaceful home with plenty of things to amuse and entertain you if you want to chill out in between days out. All round great success.
