New Forest cottage. Very close to Paulton’s Park.

Both Debbie and Tina, who lives close were very friendly and more than happy to assist although we didn’t really need any extra help. The Compass Inn just down the road is very welcoming with gois quality wholesome pub food.

West Wittering Village - short walk to beach.

CourtneyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We spent a lovely few days at Sarah’s house. The house itself is wonderful and comes completely set-up for families. From Ping-Pong, to toddler gates, it had everything we needed. It’s superb location made walks to the beach a breeze and the pub is very convenient. Sarah was also great, she was easy to communicate with, offered helpful tips and her instructions were clear. All in all, just a dreamy house to spend time in and we look forward to returning!

The Forge

SilmaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had such an enjoyable stay. The Forge sits in its own grounds so beautifully quiet. Maxine was great and very helpful she popped over to check we were happy with everything and pointed us in the direction of a lovely woodland walk just up the road on foot. The Forge has a nice layout, simply furnished but totally adequate, which was ideal for us, surprisingly roomy and easy to look after. We found everything we needed in the kitchen for meals as weren't intending to venture far, again well thought out. The weather was dry and mild for our 3 night stay and the garden great for Dudley our Scottie Dog. A place to visit again in the future.

A very large homely seaside self catering flat.

TomRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Jan could not be more welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. She always had recommendations for places to go or eat and was even willing to lend our son and bucket and spade as we had not packed his! The accommodation was plenty big enough for the three of us and each room, very clean and tidy. Great location to the beach and views of the Needles and easy access to local amenities. Thanks Jan for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Harbour Village House

WendyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Cornerstones is a great property which we rented for an 80th family party. When we arrived the hosts had left a welcome pack of milk etc. The kitchen is equipped with more than enough crockery/utensils/glasses and cookware for multiple guests and everything is spotlessly clean. The bedrooms are spacious with lovely comfy beds and quality bed linen. The layout was perfect for a family gathering being open plan so everybody was able to be together. There was ample parking and we all had a lovely waterside walk on the Saturday. Andrea and Arnie are excellent experienced hosts and were very helpful and responsive throughout the booking and I would like to thank you for making our party a great success. I would not hesitate to recommend Cornerstones and I can’t think of anything negative to say about it but thank you again.

Perfect cycling, walking and star gazing base

HeidrunRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Comfortable, cosy and conveniently located cottage for exploring the South Wight. Good parking and hosts are very generously offering dogs to use their large garden. Kitchen is very well equipped so cooking proper meals is very easy to do. Can definitely recommend and would return. Hosts accommodating, friendly and very welcoming. Note for dog owners- the cottage is carpeted, being plenty of towels and throws as dogs can easily get wet, sandy and muddy around the South Wight.

Lynn was very helpful and responded very quickly to a minor issue regarding hot water, which was resolved quickly. Lovely accommodation in a quiet area but close to Chichester, Bognor and other nearby attractions. Lots of walks in the surrounding area. Within walking distance to local shops and a short drive to several pubs. Would recommend Qmin Indian Takeaway.

Osborne Cottage, Royal Estate, Luxury Apartment

AngelaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The flat was beautifully furnished and clean, the atmosphere calm and peaceful with a view over the park. All the facilities and equipment were easy to use, clean and well maintained, and looked new, the showers were heavenly. It was an absolute joy to stay there. Richard was a wonderful host, so friendly and welcoming, and he even came to find us on the first day when we took a wrong turning. He also helped carry our luggage on arrival and when we left, which I hugely appreciated.

Detached Seaside Bungalow in Quiet Cul De Sac

LorettaRating, 5 stars4 months ago
James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

Sea Drift - a beautiful Fisherman’s Cottage

ChrisRating, 5 stars5 months ago
This a real gem, perfect for exploring the Isle of Wight. The property is tucked away in a quiet mews only 2 minutes from the town centre. The house was immaculate upon arrival and Susan the host had left some nice touches like the bottle of Prosecco in the fridge, as well as other treats. Very comfortable beds and a decent shower which was nice. Lovely spacious downstairs accommodation and nice comfy sofas in the lounge. Outside is a real sun trap ideal for eating al fresco or just sunbathing. The host Susan was very helpful and always responded quickly. A great find, and highly recommended!

Oak Lodge with wood-fired hot tub, perfect for 2!

PennyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Anna is a lovely and attentive host. She was quick to respond to any questions we had, and provided really helpful instructions for the hot tub and log burner. The cosy lodge had everything described on the listing, plus more thoughtful bits such as milk, seasonings and anything else you could require for an easy meal. The surroundings are beautiful with lots of things nearby to explore e.g Winchester and the nature park. We loved our time here and were sad to go!

Stunning home 70m from the beach

ChristineRating, 5 stars1 month ago
A wonderful 4 days away over Christmas, with family and dogs. The beach was within walking distance and it was a pleasure to go walking there with the family. We were there over. Christmas and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking our Christmas lunch. Esther was very welcoming and replied very promptly to the one question that we did have for her regarding the property. We would rent the property again, it was lovely and well equipped, but the best thing about t was the access to the beach. Thanks Esther

Wow I'm living on the beach. Luxury 4 bed sleeps 8

LyndaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Eight of us had a fantastic long weekend in Dean's house on the beach, undaunted by the storms raging outside. The house is extremely comfortable and well-equipped, with every attention paid to the details that matter: beautiful bed linen, good showers, great kitchen facilities and equipment etc. Despite the weather we were very cosy and the house was really warm (both day and night). There were several generous and delicious welcome gifts awaiting us, and if you've forgotten anything there are shops an easy walk away. We all appreciated the lay-out of the kitchen-dining-sitting room area which was spacious and comfortable enough for us to be together whilst meals were being cooked without being under each other's feet. A special and cosy house for a winter break.
