Second time staying at this property. Perfect for our needs and a helpful host

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

Cornerstones is a great property which we rented for an 80th family party. When we arrived the hosts had left a welcome pack of milk etc. The kitchen is equipped with more than enough crockery/utensils/glasses and cookware for multiple guests and everything is spotlessly clean. The bedrooms are spacious with lovely comfy beds and quality bed linen. The layout was perfect for a family gathering being open plan so everybody was able to be together. There was ample parking and we all had a lovely waterside walk on the Saturday. Andrea and Arnie are excellent experienced hosts and were very helpful and responsive throughout the booking and I would like to thank you for making our party a great success. I would not hesitate to recommend Cornerstones and I can’t think of anything negative to say about it but thank you again.

This lovely house, a stone’s throw from Winchester is perfect for a weekend and short stay. It is beautifully presented and very easy to get to. We had a very comfortable weekend and were especially thrilled with the lovely Christmas tree Renata had put up. What a nice touch over this period. The children loved it.

We spent a few days leading up to the New Year cerebrating my husband’s illy birthday and used Chichester as a location all of the family could get to easily as the train station is a few minutes walk away. From the very start Amanda & Dominic were amazing hosts and gave us great instructions on how to get in to the property and answered all of my pre-visit questions very quickly. We loved our stay in their home that literally wrapped itself around us the moment we entered, we all said we felt so comfortable there and the log fire was just so inviting and cosy. Amanda & Dominic were such lovely people that we had the pleasure of meeting . We would definitely stay again and recommend their home without hesitation.

Great host, very helpful and responsive. Beautiful house, extremely homely, spotlessly clean with wonderful garden area and amenities to cater for whole family. Wonderful location also, walking distance to beachfront. Four generations of our family stayed there for a long weekend to celebrate a 90th birthday and everyone had a fun filled, comfortable stay. Will definitely be coming back..

Wonderful family weekend in a super house which is ideal for a large gathering. Pippa was great - proactive communications and readily available to answer questions. The house easily accommodated our nine family members aged from 15 to 60. Storm Bert did its best, but we hunkered down with a fire, the cinema room, table tennis table and darts. Oh and plenty of home cooked food ! Kitchen is huge and welcoming for a large party.

Excellent stay- had everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable Our only thing & nothing can be done about it- was on a very busy road

This flat is truly a haven! Set in a gorgeous old town near waterfalls and beaches, plenty to do! Easy drives across the island for other activities. This place has great parking- you can buy a permit for staying multiple days which works out easier and cheaper! We came for New Year so a lot was closed for winter and we still had an amazing time and hope to return in summer! The flat is just as described and Terry is so helpful with instructions and being easy to contact.

Me and my two sons ( 14y and 6y) stayed for one night . The place was lovely , host was amazing with fast response to messages . My 6y son don’t like staying anywhere other then his house but said dad can we stay here again but next time for 2 nights lol . That’s says how comfortable he felt in this apartment so would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again x

This is a fantastic little flat right in the heart of town—perfect for solo travellers or couples. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Jillian was an excellent host; when there was an issue with one of the kitchen appliances, she resolved it immediately. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I booked this flat for some relatives to stay for 2 nights between Christmas and NY. They very much enjoyed this short break by the seaside. Located just 100 yards from the sea front in East Wittering. Karen’s communication was excellent. It is a fairly compact flat for 6, but is very nicely organised and decorated. Very happy. I really enjoyed my stay and owners always answer my questions. if you want couple or alone place this place is the best.i highly recommend this place and in future I hope to book it again. I wish I could rank this place 10 stars. this place was beyond 5 stars.

Seweryn was a great host, Communication was amazing , the flat was equipped with everything you need including games Xbox puzzles. It was a lovely cozy flat me and my partner really enjoyed it. Will be back again.

The apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It's location in the middle of Brockenhurst village is excellent and made a great base for visiting the area.

Great base for a few days in Portsmouth, we were working in the nearby Kings Theatre, and it was ideal, also just a short stroll to the sea front and shopping streets. Comfy bed, outdoor space a big plus for us. And the hosts were really quick to respond to any questions we had.

The apartment was exceptional, a wonderful sea view. Staying between Xmas & New year it was quite cold, but heating in the apartment was great. The ‘ breakfast goodies ‘ were good & abundant. Near to buses so didn’t use the car, which made the off street parking a blessing! Well worth a visit!

Tricia’s place is fantastic. Perfect spot, perfect host. What more could you want. I can definitely recommend Tricia’s place to anybody heading to Lymington.

Great location for Seaview and it’s beaches. Pubs and Hotel/Restaurant all short walks. Priory Bay beach is superb, though only really easy at low tide unless you really like steep steps and muddy paths! Swimming at various points according to tide so easy. Had a fabulous time.

Lovely apartment in a very good location in Southsea. The place was very well-kept, comms were very good, and having our own parking was really handy. Jane and the team were also really responsive, helping us to sort a couple of minor issues very quickly. Would definitely recommend

The apartment was clean and perfectly positioned to take advantage of all that Chichester has to offer . Instructions were clear and concise. The apartment is well appointed containing comfortable furniture and amenities. Chloe reached out from her international holiday to ensure I had everything I needed .
