Monthly Rentals in Southport

The home is beautifully decorated, with bedrooms on the main level (great for those with mobility concerns) & a fenced-in yard that was perfect for our dog. The neighbor’s dog didn’t bark at ours, which was a nice surprise. My husband & kids enjoyed playing video games in the basement. The sitting room provided the most comfortable spot for conversation. The living (TV) room, is beautiful & inviting, however, the couch isn’t comfortable. The room's overall appeal & the blankets in the basket helped make up for it though. There were a few areas that could use improvement. The cleaning crew didn’t thoroughly clean the shower on the main level, & several details were overlooked. Additionally, the house shows some signs of wear—nothing major, just fixes a handyman could easily address. The host was responsive & appreciated my feedback. It seems the cleaning crew hasn’t been as communicative with them as they should be. Despite the minor issues, we had a positive stay & recommend it

Just what we needed for our two dogs and baby

We were in the area visiting family for the holidays, and Craig’s home was the perfect spot for us to stay. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to all the necessary amenities (grocery store, gas stations, etc). We were very grateful that the home was well-equipped (the kitchen had everything that we needed!), and Craig was very communicative prior to check-in, letting us know everything that we needed to know before we arrived. Will definitely stay here again! Thanks Craig!

We had a great stay. The house was just right for the 5 of us. We had all the kitchen, laundry and bathroom items we needed. Getting in was super easy and really nice to have a garage spot at night! It was very nice to have an extra tv in the master also. There were many restaurants, grocery stores etc nearby. Things were clean and Jordan was the most gracious host!
