Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Southern United States

I kept on extending as I loved the place and the quiet neighborhood so much. The neighbors were very friendly and the host was extremely communicative and even warned me about an upcoming snowstorm so I stayed longer and longer and longer haha. Great communication and excellent host. I was surprised on how timely the host was. The host has a lot of Airbnb properties and I am mainly only going to stay at this hosts properties when I’m back in Atlanta very very very peaceful and if you are staying here. There is a place just up the road called peace love and pizza and they have awesome pizza of course. Lifetime fitness is also right across the street which was amazing. Thank you and I’ll be back asap.

Loved staying here! Just like the advertisement says, you can hear some movement upstairs. For us, it was no big deal and the noise was similar to living in an apartment with no late-night or early-morning noise. The appliances were modern, the space was plentiful, and the king bed was incredibly comfortable! We definitely plan to stay here again when we head back that way.

My family and I spent the weekend. It was cozy and comfy despite the weather. We had a great time and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here! The owner was very responsive to the questions we had. It’s such a unique property and is well maintained and very clean. Thoughtful care has gone into stocking the house, including some bottles of water, kids plates and cups, stroller, high chair and even a bottle of wine! The space is split between living downstairs and bedrooms upstairs and the elevator is super handy. I enjoyed drinking my morning coffee watching ducks in the pond and a blue heron came in one evening for a few hours. We will plan future trips around the availability here!

Competitively priced accommodations that provide much more room and privacy than more expensive hotel rooms. Cute little house was perfectly clean and accurately described in their listing. A comfortable space with a great sectional couch and smart TV to relax with at the end of our busy days. Hosts make access easy with touchpad keyless entry. Will definitely stay here in future if possible.

my girlfriend and i went for our anniversary and she was so sweet!! she brought us a rose and some chocolates when we first got there. the airbnb in right in the middle of a lot of local areas and museums so it was great!! i would love to stay again in the summer :)

We were keen to have a central base in Miami to explore the area (we didn’t have a car). Reza’s place was perfect for the 4 of us. Place was as described, quiet and a great safe location. We walked, bused or took Ubers to all the key attractions we wanted to see. Supermarket 15 minutes walk away for good supplies or Walgreens across the road for emergency supplies. Kitchen had simple equipment to help with catering at home, which we largely did. Recommended.

My family and I felt right at home. They were very responsive and flexible with check in with our 4 month old. They even provided a pack n play. The space is clean and very convenient to walk around downtown Sarasota. Will be back!

Linda's place was perfect! We loved it! We had plenty of room to spread out, and everything was clean and comfortable. The backyard was a great spot to sit and relax. Linda was a great host! We'd love to stay here again!

Condo was clean and spacious and exactly as described and it’s located in a great location. Right across the street from Sharkys and Senor Frogs and beach access. Will definitely be booking with Lev again in the future

Robb was an incredible host. We had a short stay but it was super clean, easy check in, and even though it wasn’t technically an oceanfront condo we had a beautiful view of the beach! It was a nice surprise!

I want to take the time to fill this review. I want to say Veronica was amazing making sure we felt at home, and she was so helpful to make sure my Birthday Weekend went without a hitch. What a magical stay for me and my family. This place was so adorable. Decorated lovely with such a cool beach vibe! It was so close to the beach. There was so much to do. The pool was amazing overall we would stay here again 100 times. The place was extremely clean and had all amenities you would want the bunkbeds for my kids were so comfortable and the main bedroom mattress was absolutely comfortable. The TVs are oversized and perfect. There was books to read things to do. You're close to everything GULF Shores was amazing and if we ever go back, I'll stay here again.

Our 3rd stay at Doug & Mary's place which is all you need to know. Frankly we are disappointed they let anyone else stay there. The balcony view, the comfortable couches, the very comfortable bed are all awesome. And I will note we visit in January and really enjoy the uncrowded streets and beaches. Doug & Mary very responsive to any questions but we had zero issues. We are fans.

We loved staying at Brian's place! It was everything we expected and much, much more. Such a beautiful area on the Intercoastal Waterway! We will definitely look forward to coming back!

This place has everything we need plus more. Location is very good, a few mins walk to beach, pickleball courts, short drive to restaurants, shopping centers and golf courses. The rooms are clean. We especially like the privacy doors in the condo, so when I got up early in the morning, my wife can still sleep. We will definitely consider this place next time we visit HHI. Thank you Susan!
