This is our second stay and it hasnt disappointed. Lydia is extremely freindly, remembering names and details about our reason to stay. Everything has been thought out and there isnt any more that could have been thought about. We look forward to staying again in a couple of days. Thank-you x

Made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. Always answered questions promptly and was fantastic with local recommendations for place to eat, drink, and walk. I felt completely welcome in their home and this is a testament to their welcome. lovely clean room, had everything I needed and felt comfortable asking for anything else. Breakfast was good with a range of things to choose. Fantastic location with walks starting right from the doorstep. Would recommend for solo or couple travel - especially a walking break like I did. Locals are extremely friendly and the sandwiches at the bakery are wonderful. Very friendly couple, and a beautiful, cosy home. Thank you!!!

My and friend and I had a lovely stay at Jennifers property! At a time suitable for us both we were greeted by Jennifer and the true host of the house, her lovely son. We had a lovely tour and a detailed explanation from her son! They both made us feel very welcome. The property was exactly as it looks, it was very clean and had everything required. She went above and beyond to accommodate for my dietary requirement and even suggested a lovely place for dinner. It is in a lovely location for a small village feel and walks. If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely be going back! Thank you to Jennifer and your lovely little boy! :)

Wonderful stay here in Edale. Amazing value for money, brilliant breakfast & really friendly and welcoming host. We felt right at home during our two night stay and would not hesitate to stay again. You have so many amazing walks on your doorstep, with a homely loft to recuperate in afterwards. Recommend the local village pubs and cafes too.

We enjoyed our stay at the Inn very much, our only regret being our ability to stay for just one night, while we would have loved to stay longer. We stayed in the fourposter room and it was very comfortable and cozy. There are several hiking routes starting from the Inn and nearby villages are all lovely to visit. The food at the Inn is delicious and we had a blast competing in the pub quiz on thursday night. Light sleepers should consider bringing earplugs if they want to turn in early. We would love to come back to Hathersage!

Florence's location was just where I needed it to be for a brief, one night stay in Doncaster, and at a very reasonable cost. I did not spend much time at her place, but my room was comfortable enough and Florence was a lovely host. I greatly appreciated both the refrigerator and the fan in the room. Please note, for those like me who might be older - the room I stayed in is on the very top floor (up 3 flights of stairs), the bathroom is down 2 flights of stairs from the room, and the stall shower was not operational during my stay (but the climb-in tub did jhave a hand-held shower unit).

We had an absolutely perfect stay! My partner and I chose this Airbnb for her birthday treat, and it exceeded all our expectations. The accommodation was immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. Its location was ideal—just a short walk to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park and close to a lovely local pub, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. The host was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, adding a personal touch to our experience. Great second stay at Alison’s place. Really appreciated the location and spaciousness of the house. We had the 2 bedrooms booked and enjoyed the house to ourselves as Alison was away. Great family dinners, thanks for the flexibility. Good comms. The house is in quiet area with easy parking. Cigarette smell in the house but not surprised as it is mentioned in description. Lovely glass art everywhere. We’ll be happy to come back.
