Vacation rentals with lake access in South Staffordshire District

Lovely little place, tucked away in the middle of nowhere. Very private despite being an annex to a primary dwelling. Radka was really flexible and understanding with check-in. My partner and I stayed for one night with our two spaniels whilst visiting family nearby. Would highly recommend for a short break or a weekend near the peaks!

Lovely accommodation, perfect for a group gathering. All the rooms were very comfortable. The setting was really peaceful with beautiful views. The kitchen was well equipped and the conservatory perfect for everyone to eat together. Emily and Isobelle were really accommodating around having extra people camping and late check out etc.

Rebecca and Craig were great hosts. Friendly and helpful with great communication. The property was as described, very comfortable with everything you need and was great value for money. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying in the area.

The apartment was stunning and impeccably clean, located in a fantastic area in Solihull with excellent transport links, restaurants, shops, and more nearby. The host went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. If you’re planning to book in Solihull, this place is undoubtedly at the top of my list!

Perfect home away from home. Debbie’s home was ideal for us whilst we were having renovations. As with all renovations, there were delays which meant we extended our stay which was quickly accommodated by Debbie. The location is quiet and with the park less than 2 mins from the house was perfect. The home itself had everything you could need for a long term stay with fully equipped kitchen complete with washing machine and dryer. The outdoor garden was perfect for catching some sun during WFH days. Communication with Debbie was great as she was was always responsive and helpful. Very glad we had a cosy homely 2 months here whilst away from our home.

Jane's apartment was perfect for us over the christmas period. Everywhere (shops, restaurants, coffee shops, cinema, lovely park, church and lots more) were all within very close proximity. The underground parking was easy and of course saved the expense of parking. The apartment was spotlessly clean, warm and cosy and extremely homely, lots of lovely personal items to make it feel like our own home. Lovely, powerful and hot shower. Jane was extremely helpful, very friendly and extremely responsive to messages. Her home we would highly recommended.

Lovely stay in a great location. Jo & Martin were great hosts. Very accommodating and flexible. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say, is for the money charged for the Airbnb, a few upgrades would make the stay even more better, such as a new modern TV (TV was old and small), a new modern washing machine (again very old), wardrobes needed hangers, a bathroom bin and a bath mat.

This is my second time staying at Funke's place within a year. It definitely makes me feel at home. I love that there is driveway parking, the neighborhood is very quiet. It was very cold in England when I visited in January so the heat was working properly and I was very cozy. As long as this property stays available I will be staying here every year when I visit the UK.

Very good flat in excellent central location

Lovely quiet corner. Bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean. No hob limited our cooking choices , if there was say a single induction hob I would consider a longer stay as it’s near Cannock Chase forest, Stafford and easy drive to Trentham gardens. A small problem was quickly sorted. Very secure parking Overall recommended.

The house was fabulous, extremely clean and well presented. Melissa was fantastic at communicating with us and very helpful. I would highly recommend this property for a peaceful location and relaxed break.

Helena and Paul were wonderful hosts - great for anyone really nicely priced and area was great lots of shops and takeaways nearby. We travelled to Telford which was approx 24mins away and done shopping and other bits and went restaurant. 100 percent recommend.

Everything we needed for an excellent family celebration weekend and meal prep as well as seating for 8. A well equipped rural location - plenty of room. Lovely warm log burner and LPG central heating. Comfortable beds and 3 bathrooms-One on ground floor. Wheelchair access fine. Good to see encouragement of family table games rather than watching TV. Charles communicated effectively though he let us down on the weather on our second day!! Would be nice to return in the summer to BBQ, try some lake/pond swimming/boating and play tennis. Thank you Charles and Emma for making our family get together a special one.

The cottage was just amazing, perfect place for accommodation and relaxing. The house has everything you need for family holiday. Carol was the greatest person i have ever met. Always kind, helpful and thoughtful lady. I am looking forward to take my family there for holiday. Thank you Carol

Amanda is a great host, she went out of her way to make sure the kitchen was extra clean and safe for me to accommodate my coeliac disease during our stay. We really enjoyed using the log burner and watching the birds in the garden, everything was as described. The only issue we had was we found the bed very uncomfortable- some people find foam mattresses comfortable but not us! Everything else was fabulous.

We had a fantastic stay. Only half an hour from Birmingham centre.

We had a wonderful time at Peplow hall, the cottage we stayed in was beautiful, spacious and there were so many thoughtful touches. The gardens and surrounding area were beautiful for an afternoon walk! We really enjoyed staying here!
