Stayed here during a placement at QEH, lovely cottage with all I could need, quick drive to Kings Lynn, will definitely be staying again ☺️

The cottage was more than we expected, all of it!! We felt at home as soon as we walked in - thank you so much Cate & for the very generous treats - flowers, chocolates plus bread, butter & milk - how lovely is that?! Our dog Winnie LOVED the garden & as the weather was so gorgeous we even managed a G&T on the patio - at the beginning of March!! Cate also kindly held onto one of our forgotten bags until we returned to get it a few hours later 🙈🙈

A lovely place to say with a really responsive and kind host. Everything met my expectations. It was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed staying here very much. I was busy working so I didn’t have much time to enjoy the surroundings but it was lovely and relaxing, warm and comfortable, perfect for my needs. A good shower and plenty of nice touches made my stay really pleasant. After a long drive up from Sussex, I really appreciated being able to see the property so clearly, there was an illuminated sign outside to make it really visible in the dark, it was easy to find. Parking was really easy and very suitable even for my larger than normal work vehicle.

The location is amazing, so peaceful yet not too far from main routes. The annex has been so well thought through, spaciois and homely, the underfloor heating is divine. The.dogs loved the garden and shouldham warren so close by to explore. We were over the moon with this find and will definately be booking again soon Thank You
