Monthly Rentals in South Pointe Beach

Alex and Sofi’s Airbnb was a perfect room getaway for our trip to Miami Beach! It’s right in the heart of South Beach and truly a 3 minute walk to the shore. Our hosts were very responsive and took care of our issues promptly. I’d recommend this place for anyone looking for a room close to the beach!

I've stayed in four other units in the building, and Andrea's condo is the nicest I've been in. It has a comfortable bed, great wifi and TV, air conditioning and I enjoyed looking out the windows onto active Washington Avenue. The neighborhood is interesting and active and very convenient to the beach, restaurants and public transportation. I hope to be able to stay in Andrea's condo the next time I'm in Miami Beach.

The location can't be beat, right on Lincoln Road, in the middle of all the action, yet several blocks from the crowds of Ocean Drive, so extremely pleasant and quiet considering the location. The studio is 550 sf, which was just fine for a couple, yet a great layout, so we never felt cramped during our 2 month rental (February-March 2024). The condo was received extremely clean with all the basic necessities and actually looked better in person and that balcony view of Collins Ave and the incredible view of the ever changing Miami skyline. The building is exceptional for renters and the security is tight. The star attraction is the outstanding pool area and beach access. Decoplage simply has one of the best pools, which is huge and crystal clear and very well run. Paola, our host, was the best 'host' we ever had to deal with. Dialogue was immediate, courteous and informative, as we never had any significant issues. Just a great time building great memories. Thx Paola.

Stacy was such a gracious and responsive host. I had the best stay. It was super close to the beach and everything else you could need. I definitely would recommend her place if you’re looking for a great beach location. :)
