Great Property. We would definitely stay there again. Very clean. Had everything we needed to be comfortable. Quick and polite communication.

Location of Kerry’s place was wonderful! Beautiful, quiet, friendly neighborhood backing onto a park. House was close to the beach, and all the other attractions Daytona has to offer. The house itself was extremely comfortable. Backyard was a nice oasis, with a private pool. Kerry gives you access to the garage, washer, and dryer which all came in handy during our stay! Good communication from the host, would definitely like to rebook for my next trip to Daytona. Thanks for having us Kerry!

We stayed at Michael's because we had a wedding in Daytona Beach. His place was very close to the location of the beach (10 mins drive). There were many affordable places to eat for breakfast and all mom and pop kind of restaurants and gave a very homey feel. Michael was very responsive and check it was easy. Checking in was easy but it was hard to find the deadbolt lock with the key at night but we just used our phone flashlight to solve this problem. Overall, Michael's place was everything that we needed for an affordable and quiet place to stay near Daytona Beach.
