Derwent River Views is just stunning! Craig’s place is immaculate with beautiful comfortable furniture. The beds are the best I have slept in for a long time. The views from the bedrooms were to die for!! We found Craig super helpful, kind and friendly, nothing was ever too much trouble. My granddaughter was obsessed with the indoor pool (as was I), it was just what we needed after long days of sightseeing. I would highly recommend staying at Craig’s place.

Ann's place is perfect for a small family. Ann is a great host with is approachable at all time but also gave us privacy. We enjoyed the welcome bubbles at the front porch while enjoying the amazing view on our first evening. Ann payed attention to details ( welcome bubbles and croissant) as well as breakfast condiments. We feld welcomed from the minute we entered the place. Highly recommend this beautiful place, Anke

Thankyou Sarah. We had a lovely stay in your bnb. We were able walk easily in the beautiful surrounds of Ferntree, the tavern and the community centre for a workshop. There are many accessible walking tracks, pristine forests and waterfalls. Sarah was very helpful, responding quickly to any queries.

It is close to the Blackman bay beach and it is enjoyable to enjoy the sunrise. The facilities are matched with the description which makes us enjoy a comfortable stay

We had a fantastic time staying at Lisa's beautiful two-storey house in Sandy Bay! We were two families, with a total of four adults and five children, and the space was perfect for us. The house was spacious, impeccably clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn't have been better. It was just a short walk to the stunning Sandy Bay beach, and we were only a quick drive away from the Hobart CBD, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city and its surroundings. The kids loved that place too. Lisa was an exceptional host, providing clear instructions and making sure we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. The house had all the amenities we could ask for, including a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living spaces, and comfortable beds. We would highly recommend Lisa's place to anyone looking for a relaxing

The house was delightful! Very comfortable for 8 people (kids inclusive), plus perfectly accessible for people with needs. The facilities are great, well stocked with good basics (soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwashing liquid, washing powder, etc). Super friendly and responsive host, cleanliness top notch, and the views - to die for! Fantastic location for a family chill out time.

Jason's Charlottle Cove shack is a fantastic, spacious get away, ideal for families. The front sun room has terrific views and warmth. Great to be able to walk along the coast to the beach or kayak around the bay then utilise the BBQ and fire pit at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The most relaxing down time. Dream location , beach is so private only the local neighbours utilise it. even though the weather wasn't amazing we had a great time captivated by the ever changing view that is so close you can you literally touch it . The property set up makes it so easy to just walk in and feel right at home . This was our fourth stay since selling our own holiday home and is the perfect Airbnb for us each year.

A beautiful place to stay and to enjoy the outlook over Derwent River. Loved watching the sunrise over the water and seeing the boats go by. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and used this more than we were expecting to. Also loved sitting out on the side deck and enjoying the view. Peter was a lovely host and communicated prior and through the stay, very helpful and responsive.

it was great that when we arrived we were greeted by Regina and her husband. they were lovely people. the place was lovely with a great view to the beach. we felt like home. I hope to stay again next time we visit Hobart.

Brian was a great host with clear instructions. He was friendly and gave a welcome gift - a large fresh abalone which he personally dive caught! The house is clean and clutter free. The plants were also lovely and added to the character of the house. Location is good - near to Hobart city and in a quiet neighbourhood. Would recommend. :)

Amazing place. I strongly recommend this place. It is right opposite to the beach. Many restaurants in walkable distance. All shops and amenities are also near by. The place is really clean, spotless and very well maintained. The hosts are also very friendly and responsive. I strongly recommend this place.
