Vacation rentals in South Bruny

We really enjoyed our stay. The bay views were stunning and peaceful and the accommodation was very clean and welcoming. Karen put extra effort when preparing the accommodation to account for our 4-month old baby, which was really appreciated. Hope to come back one day!

Great spot to relax and enjoy nature. The backyard goes directly into a beach with calm water and beautiful views. Tons of wallabies hanging around as well!

Such a delightful stay! The home has so many different lovely places for everyone to relax. Everything you need is on hand - for cooking, BBQ, indoor and outdoor games. We all feel so relaxed after our week on Bruny. Just a note that the internal stairs to get to all the bedrooms are VERY steep and narrow - almost a ladder. My 83 year old mother found them pretty tricky.

Really nice and clean place. Paul and Karen are responsive to any enquiry I had. As their Bruny Island property is isolated from the Tasmanian mainland, it was very helpful that they were generous with pantry items (oil, salt, pepper, herbs and spices, even providing mi goreng and dried rice.The fridge had butter in it too). Do bring staples with yourself. Unless you’d prefer to pay AUD$5.50 for a 4 pack of eggs from the convenience store. All in all, it’s a property which was lovely and private. It’s facing a rocky beach where the kids enjoyed throwing rocks into the water. We would love to return in future.

We really enjoyed our stay at South Port in Paul and Marta's Airbnb. The views from the house are sensational, the bed and living area is comfy and the home is in an ideal location - being only a short walk from the beach and still very quiet and private.

This is a one-off, delightful and personal place. It has been made with love and was a peaceful and cosy treat. It has lovely views of the water and felt like being tucked up in a friend’s holiday place. There is a great range of books to read, and a tranquil feeling with the balcony doors open and fresh sea air floating in. We stayed in summer, but I can imagine this being a great place to stay in the cooler seasons, too, tucked up by the fire and watching the water.

Couldn't ask for a better location. House was beautifully furnished and decorated as well. 10/10, definitely recommend.

We were so lucky to be able to call Saltcotes home for a few days. So homely and well appointed. Thanks so much Frances and we look forward to hopefully coming to stay again.

The place was lovely. Neat, tidy, well equipped and set up with ready to use fires etc. Fire pit, spa and lots of kids activities available were a few of our faves! We will definitely be re visiting! 😀

Serene, Stunning, Soulful! Staying at this property was one of best travel decisions in years to come! The property is full of life and offers soul satisfying views of the ocean, mountain, wallabies, birds, trees and everything nature! Wow!!! What a beautiful place! Cannot wait to come back - 3 nights was definitely not long enough. I cannot recommend Fair Winds enough. Absolutely stunning.
