Absolutely, beautiful place very attentive cleaning every single day made this for a wonderful Stay

Villa Colonial is a gorgeous house in a gated community 30 minutes from POP and surrounded by the most beautiful beaches - you must book this house!!! We had two parents, six kids, and two grandparents on this trip. Everything about our stay was excellent - from the initial communication with Frederick, to the recommendations for Eduardo the driver and Jesus the chef (both wonderful), to the warm welcome and great service from Joaquin and Yulissa. The house is well configured and stocked. All four king bedrooms are on the top floor; the two double beds share a bathroom with a sink and shower - the toilet is across the hall. There is a small beach right out front that we loved for jumping waves (the waves can get rough). To the left and right a short distance, there are calmer beaches. It’s very easy to get around. Jesus’s cooking kept us in most nights, but we loved Casita de Papi in Cabarete and Ceiba (a pizza place run by an Italian couple, legit). We’ll be back!

Man…this place was beyond what I expected. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Everyone was helpful and responsive. Emma kept the house pristine. Joshua and Ricardo made sure we had everything that we needed. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great stay for our group ! Yubi our cook was absolutely amazing! Nice place - Luis the security guy was so nice to the kids and to us ! The small beach nearby was amazing.

Don't hesitate this is really a nice place. and the crew was on point. I will be back.

I went with a group of 10. We are all satisfied with our stay. Daviana and her team came with A1 service. I will definitely stay here again and again and again. Raquel and her husband (Villa Managers) did an awesome job explaining everything and if we had any issues or concerns they were resolved very fast. The cleaning ladies are awesome they respected our privacy and did not rush us to clean our rooms. One of the guys in my crew broke the glass on a table Daviana was very fare on the replacement fee. Three of us missed our flight the nightly rate for us to stay was very reasonable. Most of the time it's hard to reach an owner when there's a manager running the property this was not the case. Daviana responded very quickly and followed up. A1 service all around!

This is my second time booking this property and it was amazing. Very spacious and I love the 24 hours security guard. He is very nice and protective making sure we feel safe. There was no danger in the area. Everything was peaceful and everyone was very welcoming around the area. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comforting. Would highly recommend this property for your next stay

Place is just as described. Game room was fun. AC’s get cold. Rooms were cozy. Close proximity to everything. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Honestly this was one of the best trips I’ve ever been on!! Me and 6 of my girl friends came out to DR to celebrate my 40th Birthday and I couldn’t have been more happier that I chose Project Paradise as our Vacation Home for the time we were out there! The house is BEAUTIFUL the Staff AMAZING and although the location isn’t in the tourist spot it’s still Great because transportation is provided at a small cost and they’ll take you wherever you want to go!!! The entire home is a vibe and it is HUGE!! The game room the bungalows the main house everywhere was sooo spacious!! Shout out to Pin, Alejandro 😉, Ms. Antonia and her crew, Waldo and our other drivers yall were the BEST… we even got to meet JJ who was dope also. He showed us the studios!! Thanks to Nina for setting everything up for me prior to our stay!! We had a ball and would definitely visit again!!! Ben you got yourself a winner this property is one of a kind!! Not a bad place if you are looking to be out of the action ( Sosua) 14 minutes from the city but during the day time it’s an easily 40-45 minute traffic drive. Solid place the pictures were a little enhanced but a safe house depending on your needs for coming there.

Giorgia is a wonderful host! She's very pleasant to speak with and very informative . She's very mindful and considerate of guest needs. Anything I addressed or asked for (which wasn't much) was provided when asked in a prompt manner. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at her villa again. Thanks again Giorgia for your hospitality!

The place was very beautiful. It was in a construction area of the houses that are being built. Very quiet. Had some issues with power going out but overall very, very nice.

I can’t say enough good things about the Villa and our stay , the pictures don’t do the Villa justice, it was soooo much nicer

Daisy and her brother were very helpful. Communication was easy. Cute place to stay in SOV. This was our third time in Sosua and Cabarete and as always it was great.

The house was beautiful clean & thoughtfully set up, just like my home minus the family pictures! From the moment we walked in, everything felt welcoming & comfortable. The spacious living room, complete with a big-screen TV, perfect spot to relax & unwind. Every home essential was provided pots, plates, cups, & bowls all neatly stocked for convenience. The AC in the living area kept us cool when we wanted to chill indoors, I really appreciated the little extra touches that I don’t always see in others. The power strip by the bed made charging my tech super easy, the air freshener plugins kept the place smelling amazing from the moment we arrived to the day we left. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the shower had great hot water pressure, & even the small details like hand soap in the bathrooms and built in dish soap at the sink were a nice touch. The keyless entry fantastic, & Kevin & Monica’s hospitality was top-notch. I truly enjoyed my stay & will definitely be back soon
