I stayed here for several weeks for a placement at the hospital and the apartment had everything I needed. The location was perfect for both the hospital and train station.

The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Gay was friendly and provided great local recommendations. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

Laura was very welcoming. She was on-hand if I needed her but equally respected my privacy. I had a really good sleep thanks to the comfortable bed and peaceful location. The shower was good, with plenty of hot water. I only used the kitchen to make tea, but there was equipment to make meals. It was warm weather so I didn't notice the lack of heating.

Very friendly and helpful, place was nice and clean. I would recommend it to anyone.

was a great place to celebrate a 40 birthday

We booked Elmcroft for a family holiday, there were 8 of us including a 5 year old and 3 dogs. Another two couples visited during the holiday, so it was a busy time. However there is plenty of space, an extremely well equiped kitchen and the layout suited our needs. Sadly the weather wasnt good enough to use the BBQ and the pizza oven, but everyone enjoyed toasting marshmellows over the firepit. The garden backed onto a field making dog walking very easy. There are various supermarkets close by, and a Waitrose and a farm shop made our catering much easier. Our grandson was delighted with the toys and books available in his room. We enjoyed trips out to the Fleet Air Arm Museum, Haynes Motor Museum, Salisbury, Shaftsbury and Clarks Shopping Village. We had a great time.

Super, spacious home in a beautiful, quiet part of Somerset, yet with close (driving) access to amenities and the stunning cathedral/palace of nearby Wells. The kitchen is fully stocked with implements, the house is kept cosy and warm throughout winter (it hit -2 whist we were there), there were games to play for the family and the pool in the spa 2 mins walk away was large and lovely. The surrounds were formed of picture perfect English countryside, with grazing sheep in nearby paddocks and rolling hills meeting manicured fields. Highly recommended spot!

Highlights here are definitely the pool and the play area for the kids. The pool room was super clean and operates on a rota system so you can have it to yourself. Clear directions on the map - dont follow the Satnav as stated. Jonathan was super helpful around check in / check out. Perfect place if you just want a quiet place away from everything!

Very pleasant stay. Staff were ever so friendly and accommodating. - The place was very clean and spacious, the hot tub was checked twice a day and we felt very relaxed in the surroundings of Cheddar woods. - Would recommend to anyone who wants a chilled out time away.

We had a very nice time in Child Okeford. It is a large family house and had plenty of room for my wife and I, my in-laws, and four young children. Francesca was very friendly and helpful. This is very much their family home, with family photos everywhere, so it feels like you are staying at a friend’s house.

Each detail felt carefully considered, from the cushy bedding that made for a great night’s sleep to the helpful local tips the host shared for dining. I also appreciated the easy, secure parking and the fact that the place looked exactly as it did in the photos – if not better! Communication throughout my stay was prompt and friendly. 100% Happy
