Villa vacation rentals in Skopelos

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. We loved the pool and the house. I would say it’s better than the pictures. It’s an beautiful uphill walk to Glossa and the restaurants, our five year old did it in 9 minutes but we had to drive our parents (79 and 75) years old up to the town square, downhill they could walk. Highly recommend this place as a quiet villa very close to the lovely Glossa village.

We have just enjoyed a fabulous stay at Laura's villa. It provided us with the perfect place to relax and explore this beautiful island. A tranquil setting with amazing views out over the town and sea beyond, with spectacular sunrises. We hadn't appreciated just how easy it was to walk from there into the old town, with its plentiful supply of excellent restaurants and shops. We hired a car to visit some of the gorgeous beaches, all within easy distance and an absolute delight to come back to Laura's Villa. No hesitation in recommending it.

Wow!! What can I say this has been the most perfect holiday ever. Katerina was amazing, always there answering my messages if I needed to ask something. Katerina is full of knowledege of the local area and knows the locals and so if you need information on car hire, day trips, restaurants etc she will be able to advise you. The Villa is beautiful. The photos are great but when you see the views for yourself and stay you can only appreciate how amazing it is. My two teenage boys loved the pool and the freedom they had to use it whenever they wanted to and not to have pool rules, like no throwing balls, like many hotels and apartment complexes. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Thank you so much Katerina.

Dimitris was such a helpful host from start to finish! Always quick to respond and provided some useful information about things to do/see whilst on the Island. Unfortunately due to the time or year/season we had some issues with insects around the property. However, Dimitris was quick to respond and organised a solution which fixed the problem. Beautiful villa, beautiful sunsets and surroundings. You feel like you’re in your own little oasis! Could not recommend Dimitris more as a host and would definitely come back to Villa Jasmine. Lovely villa with beautiful views of the sea and neighbouring islands. The villa has everything you could need and the outside area is particularly lovely with a great pool and lots of areas to sit and relax. A lovely holiday.

Absolutely fantastic and would recommend to anyone visiting Skopelos. Machi and Dimitri are the most wonderful and caring people who have clearly put a lot of love into their home. It shows in so many ways. They were there to greet us at the house and show us around, and were extremely proactive to ensure we had a great stay, for example cutting ripe grapes and pears for our kids and dropping off charcoal for the outdoor kitchen. This home is perfect especially for those with children. We will absolutely come back and guarantee you will not be disappointed. Very clean and tidy with a lot of attention to detail. The home itself was immaculate and charming and the outside landscaping is well tended to and incredibly well thought out. Very well maintained to spend most of your time outside in the beautiful gardens. Very peaceful and beautiful view—enjoy your stay!

We spent a week at Sofia's place while visiting Skopelos and the villa had everything we wanted. It was accessible by foot, so we didn't need to hire a car, and was well-appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The garden, pool and terrace were great features, and the property was as-described and clean throughout. Sofia was very communicative and provided very clear instructions, even providing a lift from the port to the property on our arrival. The villa is private, and not overlooked, with the quay only a 15-20 minute walk away through beautiful winding streets. I would recommend this property to others in future.

Absolutely loved our stay at this villa and Katerina was the most amazing host. We arrived tired from our early flight to a well stocked fridge (water, milk, bread, vegetables homegrown, cheese, bread etc) with everything we could possibly wish for. The villa suited our family of 5 (including 3 teenagers) perfectly. It was peaceful yet just minutes walk from a beautiful beach with a great bar and restaurant. The beach is normally only accessible by boat so never was too busy. White sands and clear waters. Honestly the best holiday we have had as a family for years!

The property was far better than what we anticipated. The rooms were beautifully decorated and pristine with a great ambience. The property contained everything that we could have possibly wanted for our stay. We were comfortable and definitely felt right at home. Welcome treats were provided which was a wonderful gesture and the man who met us and showed us around was very friendly and helpful. We also met the cleaner half way through our stay and she was also very lovely and informative in terms of recommendations etc. Katerina was there for us from start to finish, informing us about things like the operation of equipment in the house or ferry services. All in all we had a wonderful stay, we wish it could have been longer. We would definitely return again.

The view from Magdani was absolutely stunning, overlooking the bay and Skiathos town. The villa itself was very clean, light and cool, we had absolutely everything we needed. It was a 30 minute walk downhill to the town but a taxi was the way to go to get back up the hill. We decided to hire a car, which worked out great. Taxis generally charge 5 Euros per person plus an extra 5 Euros. Our host Areti was there to greet us and thereafter we communicated by text, she was very responsive and extremely helpful. The villa is cleaned every day as a matter of course, but you can ask for it not to be cleaned as required, which was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Magdani and the beautiful Isle of Skiathos.

This was a great home in a beautiful area of Skopelos. The area surrounding the property was peaceful and we felt close to nature, and the sunsets were spectacular from the upstairs dining room. The house was very clean and had all of the amenities we expected (including a fully functioning kitchen with appliances). The pool was a great addition too! Narassa was an amazing host - very responsive and friendly, and had excellent local recommendations. Highly recommend this house for a big group of friends or large family traveling together, but you will definitely need a car to be able to access the other parts of the island.

It was the greatest Airbnb’s experience in Greece so far. Great house, with many perfect details, thank you Magda and George! The view is amazing, we had just a phantastic time!

Very nice place and well appointed house ideal for a family or friends

We had such an amazing stay, views are incredible and so much space for a group of us. Georgia was a great host, very welcoming and great communication. The air bnb is very well equipped and many shops, restaurants nearby at the port. The only issue would be the hill is quite a steep walk to access the air bnb, definitely worth it for the incredible view but for slightly less abled people this may be difficult (there are taxis at the port that can do the 5 minute drive as an alternative option). I would highly recommend this place, so private/peaceful but also central location and great transport links to all beaches 💫

Villa Glykeria was fantastic! It’s in a stunning location about 10 mins from Glossa which overlooks the port and the sea. The house is private and exactly like the photos - really well thought out with all the amenities you would need for a relaxing stay and lots of outdoor areas to eat (in the shade and sun). Glykeria and Anthoula were very helpful ahead of our stay which made things smooth. The master bedroom is especially lovely with high ceilings and balconies in two different directions to watch the sunset. I’m sure we’ll be back and would definitely recommend to others.

Errika is a warm and very helpful host. Everything we could ask for. The villa is absolutely fantastic. It is even better in real life, the view is breathtaking. You’ll need a car, it’s very steep on some parts of the road. Everything on the island is within a short trip with the car. Both Errika and Villa Erifili gets our strong recommendation.

We had a fantastic two weeks at Villa Avaton. Pandelis is a great host and nothing is too much trouble. Before our arrival he kindly helped us with our car hire and throughout our stay was always available to answer questions and offer advice about the island. Villa Avaton is really lovely, it’s clean, comfortable, private and peaceful and the views over Skopelos Town and out to sea are wonderful. We had a great holiday there and can’t recommend it enough.

Tucked away on a quiet hillside above the port, with sweeping views and nearby hiking trails, Villa Maria is an oasis. Elias is a kind host, and his home is beautifully crafted and thoughtfully designed. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We loved cooking meals in his well outfitted kitchen, and eating outside on his breezy veranda overlooking the sea. We couldn’t get enough of lounging by the pool, and showering off with views of olive trees. We loved hanging with his very sweet dog (and cats), who were friendly and regular visitors. At night, we star gazed and listened to the sounds of nature. Apart from the sounds of nature, we reveled in listening to Elias’s extensive CD collection, which created the perfect soundtrack for our trip. Elias quite literally wrote the book on Alonissos, and having grown up there, is full of fantastic recommendations. We truly enjoyed our stay, and hope to visit again someday. It was a peaceful and magical trip we won’t forget.

The house is located on the prettiest coast of the island with its beautiful beaches, next to the very cute village of Glossa. The part where the monasteries are visited is on the other side near the city of Skopelos. The house is located in a very quiet location, surrounded by nature with a breathtaking view! A pool that allows you to cool off with an exceptional view and access to an idyllic beach 10/15mn walk away without a person or beach bar: the dream! Somewhat difficult to access but it's worth it. Communication with the person who takes care of the house on site was very easy. The only weak point are the rooms in an outbuilding that do not have the same standard as those in the house but there is air conditioning and a separate bathroom. One idea: put bedside lamps in it? We had a really great week! Thanks to Anthoula for hosting us!

Stunning view and a lovely villa. The outdoor deck is huge. Private full bathroom for each bedroom was wonderful. Nicer than the photos. The host was very responsive and Eleni met us and led us to the villa. The village of Glossa is about a 10 minute drive. We were there during the end of summer season so most things were closed, but the bakery and grocery was still open. The villa is definitely located off the beaten path, but the road is drivable with a regular vehicle. Everything was very clean and the home was well stocked. We had a fabulous stay- highly recommended for those who want to soak in the beauty of the sea and get away from the noise of the city.

We had a wonderful stay at Vicky's Airbnb in Skopelos. The house was impeccably clean and situated in an excellent location! Vicky was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
