Family-friendly vacation rentals in Skopelos

We had a very good week at Savvas’ place. The house is very comfortable, very cool, we barely used the air conditioning in the middle of August. The view is great from the terrasse and the balcony, you basically always have an eye on the sea, the islands far away, and the trees. Good starting point for shorts treks to the sea. There is a swimming pool that not only kids can use and we enjoyed it at the end of each day. We definitely recommend.

Konstantis was a wonderfully friendly and responsive host. The villa is beautiful with a fantastic view overlooking the town and bay. The villa was cleaned twice during our 10 day stay which was good. Skopelos is a lovely island with so much to do and see.

Immaculately clean, perfect location, and the definition of luxury. The pool and hot tub are spectacular! Private parking and 5-10 minute walk to all the hot spots in Skiathos. Chris was so kind and generous to us. He really takes great care and has great pride in his place. The furniture inside and out is extremely comfortable. High ceilings, high windows, truly a must see. Perfect for our honeymoon!

Just wow. Without a doubt the most beautiful place we have stayed, which was unanimously agreed by our group of 8. The views and surroundings were stunning and Evan couldn’t have been more kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had regular cleans of the whole place, fresh towels and breakfast each morning was a wonderful touch. We cannot wait to come back, 100/10 stay :)

We had an unforgettable stay! The house was decorated with taste, high standard with a breathtaking view and beautiful garden and pool. Very practical house with 3 bathrooms with showers. Calm location but only 10 minute drive to fantastic beaches, restaurants and boat trips. The hosts were so lovely, always available to answer questions via Airbnb chat and happy to provide recommendations where the locals go. Glossa is a non-touristy location, which suited us perfectly and we felt we experienced authentic Greece by following the tips of our hosts. We cannot thank our hosts enough - you made us feel at home and extremely well taken care of.

Akis is a great host. Once arrived at his property, he gave us a lot of useful information, he was super kind. The location is great, super peaceful and very clean. We felt like at home. In 5 minutes by Scooter you can reach Skopelos town from one side and Stafylos beach from the other side. In summary, everything was great. Thank you Akis!

Beautiful apartment at excellent location. I stayed with my family and really enjoyed privacy and proximity to the beach also very close to Skopelos town - few min drive for any supplies. There is an excellent restaurant right above the beach and 5 min walk. Very quiet place with stunning views of the Stafylos beach.

Words can’t describe how incredible the view is from the villa. Every terrace gives another gift of uninterrupted sea views. The rooftop offers a view I will remember forever. The villa was beautifully decorated and furnished, spotlessly clean and a wonderful place to unwind. The pool was a great size with plenty of room to do lengths or bob around on a lilo. Once we got the hang of the short drive to town, it was very easy. Roula was lovely and very welcoming, helping us to find the villa and waiting patiently for us. An absolutely five star, spectacular villa that we will certainly return to. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a great time at Eleni’s house and I highly recommend this listing! Very clean practical accommodation and suitable even for a young family of 4! Close to the old town of Alonnisos-literally up the hill-but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet after the kids are asleep. The view from the balconies is breathtaking and something that will stay with me for my forever! Location is strategic for exploring the island and has its own carlark which is very important as the old town is very popular. Plenty of amenities/restaurants/coffee places near by at the old town if you want to have a “lazy” day. The small kitchen is enough to accommodate culinary creations. There is air condition available but the island is very windy at night so if you are not worried about the light coming through you can leave windows open! Eleni was very responsive to all our needs/requests and I am super grateful-one of the best hosts I have encountered so far! We will be definitely going back

Had a lovely stay in Giovanni”s home. Thank you for sharing your home. It is very Greek and quirky. The location is perfect. Lovely restaurants and bars nearby. The bus service is amazing and such good value. We travelled to Panormos and fell in love with the beach there. Went on a boat trip and climbed the steps to Mamma Mia’s famous chapel. Well worth the visit. Had a lovely holiday and will definitely be coming back to Skopelos.

We absolutly loved staying here! It beeing right next to the airport and only 7min by car to the city or 30min by foot was super practical. Matoula and Spiros were the best hosts we ever had - they were superfriendly, had great recommendations and even brought us homecooked food over several times which was absolutly delicious. If we ever go back to Skiathos we will definitly stay there again!

We have just got back from a fabulous time in Skiathos.. we were there for 9 days and stayed at Depi’s View House.. the house is very elevated, giving you the best view of the harbour.. whilst sat on the gorgeous terrace.. but this also means to reach it there are alot of steps and slopes… we didn’t mind this at all.. but if you are not very mobile it’s not for you! The place is immaculate with patio doors from the main bedroom and the living area.. leading on to the terrace.. it’s very spacious and well equipped, even has a small washer.. we would definitely revisit. Maria is a fabulous host, any questions we had were answered promptly..

Lovely little house perfect for a couple or a family with small children. Beautiful surroundings, quiet, peaceful. Just far enough from town to be quiet, but walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants. Cozy, rustic country house with a sweet design surrounded by olive trees.

We loved our stay at Blue Heaven Villa. I find myself still dreaming of beautiful Skopelos & wishing we were still there. We had 2 weeks in Greece starting off in Athens then taking a train, cab & a ferry to Skopelos where Anna met us at the port to pick us up w/ our luggage. Anna gave us a tour of their beautiful home & answered any questions. She left us with homemade treats made by her mother. Loved that! She messaged me 1/2 way thru our trip to check on us & visited with us our last night with the sweetest send off! The location of the home was perfect & even though we had a rental car to see the entire island (best way to see all the beaches & other towns), we still walked in to town every night. It was perfect. That alone will be a memory I’ll forever cherish w/ my kids. So many great restaurants & shops within walking distance & things are open late. Just be prepared for a steep walk home but it’s worth it. We loved Blue Heaven Villa & hope to stay there again. 💙

What should I comment??? Maria? who is awesome? she was responding immediately to all the questions, even for things with the house and even if it was a late hour! Very friendly and pleasant! The house is in a great location very close to the best beaches of the island, in the country and it is very quiet! It is fully equipped with everything, spotless and of course the most beautiful is the lovely tree ornament that exists in the courtyard! And if you want, you can't find anything bad to say either about the house or the hosts. One of the best stays! I highly recommend it 10 out of 10!

Villa Olivia is just a great place if you want to enjoy some days of vacation in a private place with pool nd everything you need from a family point of view. Even if very private place you are in 30 minutes reach of the 2 major cities of skopelos glossa and skopelos town and 30 minutes by ferry to skiathos which is more touristic oriented and hence you can have both options. The view from the Villa is just great, accommodation is just as promised for a island accommodation and Helle/Christian where where always in contact with us so we didn't miss anything... I can warmly recommend this place!

from asking about booking to the end of our stay this was all made so easy with amazing communication, the airport collection and drop off was so handy and the use of the car made our stay so much more enjoyable. the villa is perfect in every way, so we'll equipped, very clean and spacious, and the pool was a bonus. we will definitely look to return.

Lovely traditional country house with pool, house and linen clean, kitchen well equipped. Great peaceful location surrounded by chickens, sheep, olive and fruit trees. Kids loved the pool and swing. Pool was cleaned and well maintained by Kostas during our stay. Kostas is a kind and friendly host who is easily contactable House is close to Skopelos town, restaurants and supermarket but would recommend a car.

We stayed with the family in George's place. He was immediately very friendly and hospitable. She even gave us a taste of an exquisite homemade cheese. The house is exactly as described on the site. It is very comfortable for 6 people and offers a garden where I could even pick great figs and lemons. The only small problem is that the house is attached to the road that connects the port to the western part of the island and therefore, despite being totally immersed in the greenery affected by the noise of cars and scooters. But this absolutely does not disturb the night's rest as the double windows are very well insulating. Overall we are very happy with our stay in George's place.

A fantastic location and an enchanting peaceful place. The pool is wonderful and from there looking at the ships and ski mathos means happiness! Ioannis is super friendly, reliable and reachable at all times!

All 5 of the villas offer amazing views. Spotlessly clean inside & out. We were in Zaki 2 which has a larger decking/pool area. Total privacy and so peaceful but within easy reach of the town. Perfect location! Great daily cleaning offered with nothing being too much trouble for Zaki our host. We will definitely be visiting again with our family. Overall an excellent holiday from start to finish.

Just: WOW!!! We loved Hara's place!!! It's a gorgeous little and cozy villa on a mountain, the view is really incredibly beautiful! Hara has created a wonderful place to relax here, which invites you to relax, between olive trees and many plants to sweet sheep in the pasture - everything was PERFECT! The pool is beautiful and the entire outdoor area of the villa is practically designed, for example, you have an outdoor fridge on the breakfast terrace. The surroundings are soooo wonderful, such a green island, great coves! You should have a car or a motorcycle to get around! Hara and her husband are just great people, they picked us up at the harbor and brought our luggage into the house & picked us up again on departure! They are such warm people, we felt like home! THANK YOU HARA! We will be back :) Maja & Marius
