The place was amazing very nice decor and clean. The view from the balcony is wonderful with the shops and Austin murals. Great location and restaurants a stone throw away!! Thanks Ira was an amazing host!!

We stayed for a little over a month and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is quiet, super clean, and centrally located in the heart of downtown, with a doorman and an amazing gym. It’s within walking distance of everything, including 6th Street, the East Side, and South Congress. We loved cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, and the bed was very comfortable. This is a relaxing and cozy spot with strong WiFi, great water pressure, and plenty of hot water in the shower. We highly recommend this place! The host was super friendly, making sure we had everything we needed and providing many amenities to make our stay enjoyable.

Loved the place, ton of restaurants and things to do that are within a walkable distance. Place was as shown on the photos, security guards were friendly and happy to help with any questions we've had just like Daniel! Only thing was the AC unit outside the apartment gets a bit loud from time to time, but we got used to it after a while so nothing problematic!

Laura's place was obviously a journey of love from the conception, construction, and setup. Everything is super clean and done with a true mind toward quality. The kitchen is outfitted with more pots/pans/plates/utensils/coffee/tea than other similar properties. It's like what you would want if YOU were setting a place up for your OWN use. The bathroom is truly lovely with two sinks and a HUGE walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head. Again, top notch bathroom products/linens included. Need a break, head up to the rooftop deck or take a walk down to Barton Springs, a local swimming hole. Restaurants, coffee shops, and bars are a short drive or Uber away. If you are new to Austin, the location is ideal for proximity to everything central but, far enough away to be quiet and private. Laura was responsive to our needs, unobtrusive, and very pleasant to deal with, always a plus. Don't take my word for it, stay here and check it out for yourself!
