This place is located very near the beach and has been newly remodeled. Great place to stay and a lot of restaurants nearby.

The house is very nice, the view is amazing, a very pleasant place to relax and from where you can visit the surroundings. Silvia was always very kind and available to give directions and to adapt to our needs.

Very spacious apartment with a nice garden overlooking the hills just outside Ancona. Not very easy to find, but Mr. Mario promptly accompanied us.

Fausto's house is very high quality, garden, terrace, parking,everything there. Very quiet . He is very nice and helpful. We were there with bikes,and explored the beautiful surroundings and beaches. We'd love to come back

Lucio's house was perfect for our vacation between the sea and walks in the hills and in the woods, the outdoor space is great for us and especially for our 5 dogs, which Lucio was so nice to host with us. The house is beautiful and well-kept,the garden is an oasis of peace from which to admire the sunset. Lucio was also very kind and prompt in resolving small inconveniences due to the rain and cold of the first days. Great vacation

Marco's place was great for our 2 day stop in Ancona. An easy 10 min walk from the station even with lots of luggage and a toddler and easy to bus into town. the apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable

We reserved the house for our colleagues. The house is very spacious, well laid out, clean, suitable for a longer stay, as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. Highly recommended.

The apartment is really very nice and exceptional with the private pool. The location is super central right in the old town surrounded by many restaurants. Communication with Chiara was friendly and straightforward, we would book here again directly.

Great place for a vacation with two families. Plenty of sleeping places, a great kitchen ... and of course the pool ... were just wonderful. If you have any questions, there was quick and competent feedback and solutions. There were a lot of mosquitoes, but thanks to the screens on some windows, it could be checked halfway. The house could use some small renovations... but that did not affect our stay. We had a great time. Thank you

we sat at Susi's place for a week, it was a lovely cottage with all the comforts. Beds slept great,shower was nice,kitchen with everything you can use. Pool was lovely and the area was more than enough to do, beach,mountains,lake ,waterfalls, we came short of time. Regards,Michiel

The house is very nice and has plenty of space for a large group. It was very clean through the house. Gregorio was always very eager and gave us good tips for the area! We had a great time and felt very comfortable!

Laura was a really extremely accommodating host ! Everything worked out excellently and whenever we had questions, Laura was easily accessible and helped us. The house is spacious and we are in the photos. There is plenty of space outside and the surroundings are wonderful.

House not centrally located but in a hamlet just outside the historic center, in a quiet area. House with large garden for the dog(the photos do not give the idea) communicates with Tommaso (person in charge of apartment management) always punctual and accurate and available. Highly recommended!

The place is exactly as described in the listing and therefore perfect for a group of friends from 6-7 people. The host is extremely willing to answer any questions, responding to our contacts in a very short time. The house is very welcoming and has everything you need for a quiet weekend. One of the highlights is the balcony view, which allows you to enjoy the sunset.

Beautifully renovated rustic farmhouse. Ground floor apartment, clean, very equipped, heated, air-conditioned, corresponding to the photos. Marco was very kind during the stay and for check-in. The location of the house is great with a car to visit the surroundings. The area is very quiet, with nice views of the hills and mountains. The property is adjacent to a very quiet provincial road and the exterior is shared with the owners who live in the adjacent house. A very pleasant stay.

Lovely stay! The apartment was just as described. Kitchen essentials and house appliances were made available. The apartment was clean. Savio is a friendly and responsive host. It was very easy to communicate.

The house is easy to find. Mrs. Cristina always answered all our questions promptly. The house is a few steps from the sea, it has an internal courtyard where you can park the car closed with a gate, although close to a campsite is a quiet dock. A nice spacious bathroom, even the other very comfortable rooms, a beautiful surprise was a small vacuum to store both empty suitcases and for the waste to be separated. You can reach it comfortably with the elevator, but it is not close to bothering the noise. Personally, living near a train I did not find the passage of trains so intrusive, which in any case there are not many, especially at night there is no passage. I highly recommend it

It's a lovely apartment, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We loved to sit in the garden area for dinner. Ivo, the host is very kind and helpful.

This is the third time we have returned to the coast of the conero and we are very happy with this choice. The house is very comfortable but we were almost always in the beautiful garden with sea views, cool and ventilated even on hot days thanks to the elevated location with respect to the sea. The comfortable beach of Marcelli is a few minutes away by car but if you want a little adventure there are many wildest beaches within walking distance.
