Impeccable apartment, a short walk to the beach and shops. Everything is new, very beautiful and located in a quiet area. Host are very nice and always available. A great experience, highly recommend!

the accommodation in Marcelli is perfect for cleanliness and order, for proximity to the sea , for the presence of everything you need in the kitchen, cleaning products, air conditioning. Suitable for three people as we were or at most for a couple with two children. The description in the listing is accurate and Daniel was a helpful and accurate host. I've been renting on Air BnB for years and despite having always found comfortable accommodations, I think this is one of the best solutions I've ever found. When I return to Conero, I definitely looked for this solution.

Great experience. Spacious place, clean in every detail. Brand new kitchen with every accessory, spacious bathroom, equally large room. Two large terraces with a sea view. Reserved parking space in the condominium space closed by a remote control gate.

Gianluca is an impeccable host, from check-in to checkout, he is always present if you need him. The only difference compared to the listing that the parking space is not inside the courtyard but is available (it is located if you are looking well at the right times) in Via Pola. This discrepancy cmq was immediately explained to me very kindly by Mr. Giancluca because there is NO possibility, on how the Airbnb site is set, to enter the existing parking option if not by choosing the internal option. Cmq fabulous location because you are in the center, attached to the station, attached to both the waterfront (north and south of Civitanova) and the free beaches available in addition to the many clubs and bathrooms. Highly recommended. P.S. Must: Breakfast on the balcony facing east.

everything went well. Angela was always there when we needed her. The problem we had is we are 82 years old and don't get around as good as someone younger. I would suggest her apartment to other people. It has a great view as advertised.

We had a great time, very comfortable, functional house, very clean and equipped, very close to the beach. The strength of the apartment is also the sea view terrace!! Peace and quiet. Stefano is helpful and kind. We will definitely be back

The apartment is an "attic" apartment but with lovely skylights. It is on the 4th floor and a bit of a walk up, but not bad. It is right on the main street for passeggiata and 2 blocks from the promenade and ocean. It's a great location and surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

This place is located very near the beach and has been newly remodeled. Great place to stay and a lot of restaurants nearby.

We spent very pleasant days and we had a great time in the apartment that is cozy, well equipped and spacious. Photos and description correspond to reality. Davide is very kind and responsive. The location is perfect to get to know this beautiful area of Italy, which is a perfect mix of art and nature. Absolutely recommended!

We stayed here over NYE 2024/25 with our 5 month old baby. The apartment is perfect for a small family, with everything you need for a small baby. Rafaelle was proactive and responsive in communicating with us. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and clean. The hosts are generous and warm. The only thing we found we wanted was a couple of extra utensils for cooking - a wooden spoon and a spatula would have been ideal. Everything else you need in a kitchen is provided and in excellent condition. We hope to stay here again in the Summer. Ancona is beautiful and we recommend this apartment!

Domiziana's place is a welcome respite if you have been dealing with a lot of hustle and bustle. We were there in September, the offseason, and enjoyed the quiet. It's right on the ocean so you can hear the waves. (Note, as others have you are also beside railroad tracks. But we also agreed with others that you get used to the trains). There's plenty of room. The house is modern (maybe too modern for the 70-somethings we are as the electronic control system was a bit of a challenge). There is a wonderful cross breeze from front to back. The kitchen is one of the most fully outfitted I've run into with today's Airbnb's. All the tools, & condiments. It was a pleasure. One note for those who are of the more elderly persuasion. The stairs to get up and down from the bedrooms is a very steep, spiral staircase. If you have mobility issues, be advised THERE IS AN ELEVATOR. We only used it to get our suitcases up and down which was a blessing. If you love a seaside locale, this is great.

The apartment is very well located and very pleasant. Aside from the hustle and bustle. The size is perfect for a comfortable stay of several days. Everything is new and clean. We spent wonderful 5 days at Sirolo. The location of apartment is great with breathtaking view and plenty of good restaurants around. Francesco helped us to rent a car locally, organized lift from train station and back for half of taxi price.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

The stay at Lorena's place was very pleasant. The accommodation is very functional, equipped with every comfort, tastefully furnished, located in a very quiet area despite being close to the center. Very clean. The location is great for going to see other places nearby. We did the check-in with his son Alessandro who was very kind in welcoming us and providing us with all the necessary explanations. We highly recommend staying in this facility.

It was a special four days in Ancona. Very comfortable apartment, extra clean and fantastically equipped. We found literally everything for a perfect getaway. The owner took care of us like her own family! Always helpful, professional and communicative! We'd love to come back someday... Wojtek and Adam.

Very nice and comfortable accommodation, newly built, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything. Very clean and fragrant apartment Friendly and helpful host, responsive in communications. The complex in which the apartment is located is very nice, practically facing the sea and within walking distance of the center. We used and really appreciated the outdoor patio. We had a great time and if we have the chance we will definitely come back. The only thing is that the window of the room faces a passage porch and despite the heavy curtains that the host has installed to reduce noise, they still feel a lot. It was not a problem for us because having stayed out of season there was really few people and so after 11 pm no longer happened to anyone. I recommend considering this aspect maybe in the summer season, especially if you have light sleep or with young children.

Lovely apartment. Very peaceful and quiet. Excellent coffee machine. The welcome gifts were a nice touch. Our travel plans were disrupted by a train strike so we were late arriving. Maria Luisa helped us locate a taxi service and waited at the apartment for us to get there which took quite a long time. She responded quickly to messages which took some of the stress out of the situation. A very generous host.
