Very good stay in this very well located and very clean accommodation.

The apartment is great! It accommodates well 04 people and has a very charming wardrobe. It was all very clean and organized. The property is just like in the photos. It is close to the airport and is easy to get around.

Everything ok, Susana was very communicative, we got super instructions and recommendations of places and restaurants . We would love to come back! :)

Pedro was amazing and very accommodating. After long drive from Barcelona we arrived late and he made small snacks for us which we really appreciated. Thank You Pedro! We will defiantly stay again. Regards Lev

Felipe’s place it’s perfect for a couple. It’s small and cozy. It’s close to the train station, diferente buses stops and to many small restaurants. The only inconvenience we encounter was getting inside the apartment the 1st day, because for us the apartment is located on the 3rd floor not on the 2nd floor.

We had a great stay here, it was perfect for our family vacation. The house is beautiful and very well taken care of, with spacious bedrooms, a large family room and well-equipped kitchen. The garden and pool were also lovely - private and quiet and a great place to hang out. The beach and train station were both a short walk, and Estoril is well-situated for trips to Lisbon and Cascais or to explore towns along the coast. Catarina was a fantastic host and Dona Gilda helped with anything we needed during the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rui's place. What really stood out is how kid friendly the place is - we stayed here with a 3 year old and a 10 month old who was crawling everywhere. We really appreciated the highchair and toys. The beach is right there and then it's not too difficult to get to Lisbon city centre, I recommend going once by ferry!

Pedro's flat was clean, large and exactly like pictures and description. Fast internet...at least 200Mbs d/u speed and direct access to router if one needs to plug directly via ethernet. The location in Alfama is very central and is on main road with the 28 trolley running directly in front of the building. The noise from street and trolley is minimal. For those who don't know Lisbon, the city in extremely hilly and Alfama even more, so be aware that you will be walking uphill or up stairs very often if you choose this neighborhood. There is another vacation rental upstairs from the flat and depending on how those guests may walk, there could be noise as it is an older building with wood floors. We were aware of small shower...which is accurate...but the volume/pressure of water and very hot temperatures made the shower better than most. Overall, Pedro's flat is great choice and met all expectations.

Absolutely beautiful 2 bedroom apartment and private gardens. Easy walk to restaurants and a 15 minute safe walk to the center of Sintra. Lisa was quick to answer any questions and give advice on surrounding area. Loved our stay on this wonderful city outside of Lisbon. Also, the ocean a short drive away.

Our stay was absolutely magical. The apartment is even more beautiful than shown in the photos. It is super comfortable, very well-equipped, bright and peaceful. It felt like a home, with a very short walk to the beach to watch the most spectacular sunsets from. The apartment is perfect for both short-term and long-term stays, and we will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you to our most delightful host!

The place was very quiet, with a nice garden area. We didn’t even feel that the owner’s family was living upstairs, since we didn’t hear any noise at all. We had all the amenities needed, and slept very well in comfy beds. The fact that we were allowed to use the parking inside the house was very handy. The communication with Angelina was very easy and she responded promptly to our questions. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice quiet neighborhood, with easy access to Lisbon and Cascais/Sintra areas.

It was lovely to meet the family who owns this unit and they were very responsive and professional. The apartment is small but it has a beautifully decorated kitchen and bathroom. The owners own a tile store and decorated them beautifully. The apt is located off the main roads so it is very quiet yet very close to th praça Rebublica, in the center of the vila. Please be aware that it is not a stay for someone with mobility problems as this area of Sintra is very hilly and has steps everywhere. Also, this is a pedestrian area so walk Into town or take a taxi from the train station to the hub of the town and walk three blocks to the apartment. We walked to the restaurants and to the ‘Quinta da Regaleira’ (15 minutes away) and to the ‘Royal Palace’, which was three blocks away over the hilly cobble stones of the historic district. The apt is in a very safe location and the hosts welcomed us at the entrance gate. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at Luis's place for five incredible months, and it couldn’t have been better. It was our first year as parents to our newborn, and Luis made it feel like a true home. Luis went above and beyond every step of the way. Any time we had an issue, he resolved it quickly and kindly. One unforgettable moment was when we accidentally locked ourselves out, and Luis came to our rescue immediately. The Areeiro area is fantastic: a peaceful, residential neighborhood with great restaurants, quirky shops, and a beautiful park nearby. Its central location makes getting anywhere in Lisbon quick and easy. This was, without a doubt, our best Airbnb experience. Luis’s hospitality and care made all the difference. We’ll recommend his place to everyone visiting Lisbon. Thank you, Luis, for making our stay so special!

Impeccable exterior for this kind of rental, sun, swimming pool, terrace, fireplace-barbecue, house "like at home" with everything you need to live there, well equipped with household electronics, quiet despite the "Portuguese" dogs who often bark at night but almost not in our case, quiet in the neighborhood, the market 100m from the house and supermarkets that are not very far either, my favorite beach (Princesa) 5 minutes by car.

We had such a wonderful stay at this unit. The view had incredible sunsets, was perfect for a family of 4. Sofia was the best host. So attentive, friendly and helpful. A storm blew out our internet for a week but Sofia jumped in and ran her own cable from another unit to ensure we did not go more than a day while the local utility service was backed up. We loved the beds, easy parking, great kitchen and layout. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Sofia and Aksel!

A great apartment with everything you need, a lovely terrace and a quick walk to the beaches and supermarket is just around the corner. We enjoyed that it was close to the old town but also good access to other beaches! A lovely stay and Ana Paula’s apartment was squeaky clean!!

Maria and Cesar are excellent hosts. The accommodation is in a lovely and private setting with everything you could need provided. They were both extremely helpful, especially when we had a minor problem with our hire car, but not at all intrusive. We loved our stay.

Exceptional views of the ocean and sunset every night. Very good times with the family in the unmissable place of the house: the pool, a real pleasure when you wake up, at noon for an aperitif, and in the evening when you return from the beach!! Sofia was a very proactive and friendly host. All key information were promptly provided days prior to check-in. Easy self-access with the instructions provided. Rooms were ready and property was clean by the time we arrived. It is a 10-20 minutes commute to certain shops at late hours, however, the privacy is worth its keep. There is supermarket super close by, for us was unfortunate due to the time we would arrive everyday at the property meant they were always closed, but those seeking a holiday, that would be no issue. Lovely spacious living room with doors that you see straight out to the swimming pool. As we were there mainly for business purposes, we did not manage to have usage of certain available amenities - but worth to those coming in for a holiday. Sofia was also always efficient in responding, regardless of time (unethical on my part to message pas midnight) nonetheless, she would respond right away. Beautiful home and an amazing host.
