Beautiful, serene, private, exactly what we’d hoped for and more. The property is stunning, dense with tall trees which looked magical after the very heavy snowfall on the day of our arrival. The cabin is stylish, functional, perfectly suited to its environment, and filled with thoughtful touches. Precious and Pete were super friendly, responsive and helpful! We were sad to leave and hope to be back again one day!

I am a couple of weeks into a five-month stay at the Cozy Fredonia Apartment. It's ideal for my temporary work here at Fredonia State University. Just across the street from campus and all the amenities anyone could need! Laurel is an outstanding host and has gone out of her way to make me feel "at home." Highly recommended for one night, a weekend or longer stays.
