Vacation rentals with a patio in Signal Mountain

It was a cozy little spot, perfect for a couple or traveling solo. Happy to see that the smoking area out back was private, which made it easy to enjoy the nice weather in the evenings. It wasn’t too far from grocery stores, or restaurants you may want to try out. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would book it again!

Maria was a great host. I booked this reservation lats minute to attend a conference. There is reserved parking, easy check-in and only about 10 minutes from a Walmart. The place had all necessary items and was great for the stay.

This apartment is beautiful inside and out. The place was clean, with everything needed (laundry, stocked kitchen, shampoo/conditioner/soap). The bed is comfortable (with a soft sink to it). The decor is beautiful and more than a typical airbnb, making it feel homey. The bathroom is modern and had plenty of towels. The yard is well kept and peaceful. Parking is right up to the front door (it’s some gravel over grass, so it’s hard to see). The place is near the end of the road, with a subdivision at the end (there’s more traffic than expected, but it’s mostly quiet). It’s worth the price, and a beautiful, peaceful place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Elizabeth’s while visiting family. We have previously stayed in North Chattanooga and St. Elmo so it was fun to have a new neighborhood to explore. The space was clean and comfortable. We cooked some and found interesting spots nearby. Wish it had been warm enough to enjoy the lovely outdoor patio. Next time!

I stayed here with my husband and 2 children -- it was perfect for us! We travel to Cleveland 1-2x/year, so we'll likely be back!

I absolutely loved my stay!!! I’m always nervous about choosing mountains areas but I was glad this was at the foot of it all. Great views, lovely atmosphere, and close to life!!! Very close to the convention center which is where I had to be for the weekend. Thanks for being a great host Deborah!!

Cara's place was perfect to stop stretch out, make a meal in the cute kitchen and just relax before getting back on the road.. then wake up in a comfy bed that I didn't want to get out of... brewed fresh ground coffee beans at the coffee bar to wake up on a good note! I highly recommend this for your stay on your way. thank you Cara!

Let’s just say….We felt like the red carpet was rolled out for us!! Everything was as described, nothing was left out. The area was a central location to shopping, restaurants, hanging out, museums and more. All of the appliances were available, clean and up to date. The decor was the TEA!!! It was simply like looking at pictures in Better Homes and Gardens. The smart tvs were a definite win for my young son and having 3 floors of space made even more enjoyable. Having a balcony in the master bedroom was phenomenal especially at night when the city was quiet and lights lit the sky. We spent Christmas here and hope to return again because EVERYTHING was EVERYTHING!!! And let me say, we’ll probably never get a chance to meet the owners of the property, however, you can tell they care for their home and the experience people will have while staying. If you don’t book, you’re definitely missing out!!!

Richard was a great host, and the house is very reasonably priced for the amenities and location, especially for larger groups.

Our family of 3 had a great stay! The house was well-maintained and very charming. The location is very convenient to everything downtown.

My family came to attend a funeral, the place was conveniently located and hosts were nice.

Our stay at the Boho Bungalow was absolutely amazing! It felt like home. It was dark and cold when we arrived, and our hosts had the heaters and lights on for us. We stayed right before Christmas and we were greeted by a lovely little tree all decorated and lit up. If you like vintage/antique style items.. this is the place for you!! The fridge and microwave were both retro style and absolutely adorable!! The entire place was well decorated and followed the same style… down to the bathroom sinks. Although small, it was very open, roomy, and cozy. The bed in the master room was SO COMFORTABLE!!! It was the best bed over slept on- WAY better than what I have at home. Our hosts responded quickly when we reached out to them. If you’re traveling with family, there’s no need to bring games, they had many to choose from. I hated leaving there to come home. This has been by far the best Airbnb we have stayed at so far! I would have moved in if I could! 💖 I highly recommend booking the Boho Bu

Beautiful view, cozy and quiet location. I sat on the back porch enjoying the evening with a glass of wine before heading to a peaceful sleep in a comfortable bed. Plenty of charging stations, fan and heater if needed. All the comforts of your own bedroom. Easy to drive to down town, look out mountain, no traffic. Was provided with coffee, creamer, wine opener and glasses/mugs and bottles of water which was a nice touch.

This was a fantastic stay! Katherine had thoughtful touches for all family members - including our furry ones! The yard was big and clean, and the house made us feel right at home! Even our dogs settled in immediately. There’s so much space and it’s far enough from the road to be quiet, but close enough to town for essentials. It was an easy hop onto the highway to head towards any of the big cities. AND it’s less than 15 minutes from Hiwassee Wildlife Refuge - the overwintering site for sandhill cranes! That was a pleasant surprise! Katherine was fantastic and set us up for success. We had everything we needed to cook our Christmas dinner. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Jordan’s property. We really enjoyed the screened in porch with the pool table and dart board. He was very precise with directions on how to get to the property. It is a little far from most things so make sure to get your essentials prior to arriving. My dad wishes there was a tv in the living room, but overall no complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved this home! Me and my family felt right at home. We love that comfy couch, enjoyed hanging out on the main floor with the kids. This location is about 10 minutes from shopping, restaurants and main attractions. We will be back soon!

This is a really nice little place. Was extremely convenient for us because we were in town for two shows at the Barrelhouse Ballroom, which was a three-minute walk away. The condo was neat and clean and we loved the floofy towels and throw blankets. And Anna was a great communicator; made sure we had all the info we needed. Definitely recommend if you are staying in Chattanooga!

Fantastic location in southside Chattanooga area. Easy walking to choo choo and shops. Quiet older building but unit has been updated. Bldg has elevator and off street parking. Roomy spacious unit with nice view. Best restaurants nearby Stir. Five Wits brewery. Alex Thai. State of confusion. Mean mug coffee Tupelo Honey

Dan's place is great , close to points in Chattanooga as well as places of interest in the surrounding Georgia areas . Close enough to Atlanta should you have the need to go down for some city life , with the opportunity to come back to the peace & quiet of Wildwood Definitely recommend & would return when I find myself in the area Dam is also responsive & worked with the wrinkle in our timeline Love this place
