Excellent place to stay if you're looking for peace of mind. It was only a few blocks walk from the Paseo the summit. The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen, both the bathroom and the room were very clean and provided everything we needed. It really felt right at home. The only thing not very good was that there was no good internet connection. the signal was quite unstable, but for us it was a problem.

Everything is excellent. The house is just as shown in the photos, very comfortable and with everything you need. The park is beautiful to enjoy the outdoors, and the best thing is that I went with my dog who was able to enjoy it and the whole property was well fenced and safe.

Excellent apartment for a vacation, just like home. The apartment is just like the photos. Although the building is old, everything works perfectly. Safe, fast elevators, the apartment is impeccable, everything is new, even the appliances. Fernando was super attentive before and during the stay to make sure everything was perfect. The location is unbeatable, the accesses are super comfortable and safe. Worthy of recommendations and all the stars he has as a host.

We had an amazing time, Ramiro always helped us and was flexible and attentive to everything we needed, giving us recommendations and helping us with everything. We would definitely choose your accommodation again whenever we go to Mardel. The atmosphere was very fun, the common areas were a great plus for the stay, and the apartment itself was much more spacious and nicer than we imagined, we were very happy.

A genius Marcelo, I let us in earlier than expected. The apartment is super complete, and the terrace is even better than it looks! The apartment does not share a building with other apartments and being in a business area, it is ideal for groups. The ping pong table is a big plus. We'll be back!
