Monthly Rentals in Shulin District

The location of this Airbnb is great - just around the corner of and a 3 to 5 minute walk from the Banqiao Subway Station, which is also connected to the Taiwan Railway system, the bus station and 2 to 3 nearby malls or department stores. Aside from this, the hosts have left many amenities inside the house - you can wash your clothes (with clothes detergent provided!) and dry them for free, there's a drinkable water tap and an electric water kettle. Inside the room there's a hair dryer, a mosquito catcher (but I did not have to use that), a towel, and an extra pair of ear plugs. The wifi worked great. The place is divided into 4 rooms with a communal kitchen and bathroom, and while I was there I believe there were other guests in the house but they were all very respectful and silent. Clear instructions are provided about how to use the amenities and how to keep the place clean. A friend of mine even said I should book the place again next time I'm in Taipei. It's a great deal!

We stayed at this apartment for a week and were sad to leave. It’s in a great area and easy to walk to 2 train stations and bus stops. The apartment was even better than the photos - extremely comfortable and the host was one of the best we’ve encountered! Very responsive and provided water and cake which was a very thoughtful gesture, together with a flexible check in/out made for a perfect stay. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in New Taipei City when we return!

We stayed here over Xmas and New Year while visiting family living nearby, and it suited us perfectly. The flat has a walk-in wardrobe off the bedroom and lots of storage space. Its right above the Linkou A9 MRT station, so very convenient both for the airport and getting into central Taipei. There's little noise, even though its near some major roads. The owner is very responsive - early on we had a problem with the door lock and he got a locksmith out to fix it within the hour. We look forward to staying here again

The house is tidy and fully equipped with washing and drying clothes, large snow chest, full of kitchen utensils, and the host is warm, and we are picked up by car to and from the machine jet station.
