Grander place was just as advertised also very neat and tidy front and backyard was lovely to secluded in private

The house was great! It had everything we needed to enjoy the long weekend. I would suggest packing water shoes for the little ones. We did not and left with a couple cuts but nothing serious.

Amazing home in Richmond has everything needed! Cody is an amazing host that responds instantly and fixes any issues urgently! The home is centralized and has everything needed I definitely recommend this home! Has amazing bathrooms as well don’t hesitate to book!

This was our family's second time here. It's hard to find a place that can accommodate a large group, including a couple seniors with special needs and two young kids. We were lucky to have snow, so had a great time playing in the very large backyard. The kitchen is well stocked, so did all our own cooking and we barely had to leave the house. We hope to be back again soon!

This was the perfect spot for our friend group to get away for the weekend. There’s tonnes of sleeping spaces, and the common areas easily fit our group of 9 adults for meals, movies, and games.

We had a fantastic stay at The Gables at Lake Anna! Don and Bitsy are wonderful hosts who provided us with detailed information and were very accommodating throughout our visit. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay—a true home away from home. The location was perfect for our family Thanksgiving gathering, offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Don and Bitsy are exceptional hosts; they were responsive and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We had a great stay. Though parking would not have been an issue, it was great to have a dedicated spot when traveling with a baby and dog. Bryson was very friendly and responsive. Layout is interesting but was not a problem- when entering/exiting through the back (where you park and where the yard is), you must pass through the only bedroom. We’d stay here again if passing through RVA.

We were most impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. Nathan went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and his prompt concise communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to many wonderful restaurants, book stores, fueling stations and not far from Pocahontas State Park. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Nathan's place to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience.

This home was beautiful, wonderful, and relaxing. The view from the house is so gorgeous and secluded. You really feel like you are on vacation. Of course our host was responsive and proactive. But as a busy mom with two little kids I have to highlight how particularly child friendly this home is! We stayed upstairs which has 2 bedrooms with a jack and Jill bath in between. My boys loved having two single beds at a height they could easily get into and I loved not worrying about them falling out of a gigantic bed. There were toys in the chest of their room with working batteries! Unreal! There was a mini table and chairs. Games and books spanned multiple ages and both my 4 yo and my 6 yo found games to play. My kids are sensitive to cold water (the little one turns blue!) and the heated pool was a HUGE hit. We never even made it to using the kayaks because the kids just wanted to be in the pool. There were even pool toys. I am running out of characters for this review! We will be back!
