A modern house. Nice private with two bedrooms. In town so ask the stores are in walking distance.

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful farm. It was a hot weekend so made good use of the pool & aircon. Kids loved the farm animals. Short drive to Beverly and York for lunches. Everyone very friendly

My family and I rented the Valencia house or villa for a day and we loved our stay. The house has modern style, good ambiance, comfortable, working tv, equipped with all around air conditioner and two electric fan, clean, and what we didn’t expect is most of necessity is provided. We can really say that are payment is worth it! The host is also friendly and responsive. Unfortunately we didn’t have much time to explore the farm and all the things you can do like in the activity room and so, I am looking forward to have a quick holiday stay there again someday.

You wonder if you are heading in the right direction as you drive through canola fields but follow the directions and yes, you are on the right track. Place feels like it is in the middle of nowhere and super quiet at night, dark as well with no moon, but heaps of stars and laying back on the trampoline at night looking up was fun. Great layout, nicely fitted out. My daughter used the fold out bed in the sun room and with this facing east was awake early, but we knew that would be the case. Putting blinds/curtains in this room is not really an option given all the glass and her fault she forgot her eye mask! Maybe take your own board games as we felt that there were a few pieces missing. Take note of the directions to and from York as Waze took us on some rather strange route back from town. All up, great place and thoroughly enjoyed it.
