Monthly Rentals in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles

Mathilda was an amazing host! I had to book her place last minute due to another Airbnb having a mold issue and not matching the description. I was in a panic and Mathilda was responsive right away and made me feel at home after an uncomfortable situation. Her place is a nice size and very pristine and quiet. I loved hearing the sounds of nature every day and she was responsive any time I had a question or needed anything. She is such a kind and warm, caring person and I would stay with her again in a heartbeat. The area is also very safe and family oriented, and central to everything and when I got back at late hours due to my rehearsal schedule it was easy to get in. You will not regret your stay with her, she deserves more than 5 stars! I’m now moving to LA!

I was visiting family in LA and Alison’s place worked perfectly as a home base during my stay. The location is so convenient to restaurants and stores yet very residential - phenomenal location. Also, the neighborhood is beautiful and felt very safe when I went on morning runs. I enjoyed relaxing in the pool area, and although cold, truly enjoyed the pool once acclimated. Thank you, Alison!

Perfect for my brief visit to Sherman Oaks. Exceeded expectations.

I booked with Neal when my parents visited us in LA for 5 weeks. We cannot say thank you enough to Neal for his hospitality and for providing our family with great accommodations for the duration of their trip. The place was spacious, clean, homey, in an excellent location (walking distance to restaurants, close to public transportation etc.). Neal is an excellent host - he is flexible, responsive, clearly communicates, and he had great recommendations to all our queries (food, activities, cleaning). Highly recommend staying at one of his properties!
