Mathilda was an amazing host! I had to book her place last minute due to another Airbnb having a mold issue and not matching the description. I was in a panic and Mathilda was responsive right away and made me feel at home after an uncomfortable situation. Her place is a nice size and very pristine and quiet. I loved hearing the sounds of nature every day and she was responsive any time I had a question or needed anything. She is such a kind and warm, caring person and I would stay with her again in a heartbeat. The area is also very safe and family oriented, and central to everything and when I got back at late hours due to my rehearsal schedule it was easy to get in. You will not regret your stay with her, she deserves more than 5 stars! I’m now moving to LA!

Great place. Very private, clean and well appointed. Melvone has done a fantastic job at making sure you have all the comforts of home. She is super responsive to whatever you may need. Great neighborhood, quiet and no problem with street parking right out front! I am already planning my next visit!

Jason and his team responded very promptly. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is at the heart of Sherman Oaks, with many stores and restaurants nearby. The apartment is just as described. The full kitchen is great. Basically, it was a wonderful stay for me and my wife. And Jason's other listings look great, too. So we would definitely love to stay at Jason's place(s) again in the future. A great experience!
