This beautiful cottage is in a lovely location close to all the amenities of Guilford, and yet very private. Helen was an attentive host who also gave us complete privacy unless we asked for help. She left an informative note which included a mobile number for contact if any problems arose. The house was very well equipped, and stocked with essentials plus freshly baked Christmas shortbread, a bottle of wine, some beer, several bottles of mineral water, and a good selection of both fiction and non-fiction on the bookshelves. A bottle of freshly-made marmalade was left on the doorstep. Both bedrooms and beds were very comfortable and the ability to control the climate in individual rooms was appreciated when we had different requirements. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful well stocked home with everything you need. Walking distance to the ocean and pet friendly. Ticked all the boxes. The owners were very accommodating and brought out a porta cot and high chair.

Wonderful stay! The house is clean, tidy and well equipped.I loved the whimsical, well done art work throughout the home. We were visiting our family who live three streets away so didn’t actually spend a great deal of time at the house- just enough though to enjoy the glorious evening sunsets from the elevated deck then hop into an extremely comfortable bed! Ashley was absolutely delightful to work with!

Very cozy and comfortable place to stay. Well equip kitchen, aircon, firm but comfy bed, king size is a bonus. Great yard for the dog and my daughter loved the trampoline! We would happily stay again!

We had two wonderful weeks at Kobie's house in Perth. We were 7 people and we had a lot of space in the house. The pool was the highlight in the house. The house is located in a small quiet residential area, 1 km away are very good shopping and we had fresh bread every morning. On foot you could also visit some good restaurants, the location of the house was great for us. The landlords were very friendly and the communication with them was very pleasant. Morag was an incredible host and went above and beyond to ensure we could check in earlier. There was snacks and juice stocked which was a complete surprise. The space was beautifully decorated and iv never seen a more well kept garden. We loved the courtyard to eat dinner in every night. The location is fantastic in a quiet but leafy suburb right next to the river where the sunsets are amazing. This is perfectly dog friendly as there is an off leash dog swimming area 2 min drive away. There’s a village only 7 min walk away with a grocers and great cafes and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and I used the second room to work on the desk. It’s the best Airbnb iv ever stayed.

It was a lovely place to stay, the view of lake Monger was amazing. It was a very comfortable and a clean place to stay. The bed was very comfortable. We will certainly stay again.
