We had a fantastic stay! The place was immaculately clean, with every detail well taken care of—even the utensils and cups were squeaky clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was beautifully designed. It also felt very private which made the experience better. Unfortunately, it was too cold to enjoy the pool, but we could see it would be lovely in warmer weather. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and spotless stay!

Katie’s house is very lovely, the house is very clean and close to the city. The house is also spacious with a nice yard in the back. Additionally, Katie was very nice and flexible with our request, made the check in process went smoothly and easy. Definitely will recommend Katie’s place for my friends and families who want to visit Perth!

The Airbnb was in pristine condition, with all the necessary amenities for a longer stay. Super handy being able to have our dogs with us for the stay. Great location with nearby parks, shops and train station. Doug was a fantastic host, responded quickly to any communication and even gifted us a hamper for Christmas.

Feels like my west coast home now. Luke and Katie are really great communicators, making sure you have everything you need and really look after their guests. A comfortable place to stay in walking distance to beach and shops. Neighbours are super friendly and would highly recommend. This is my second time here and will always be my first port of call when needing to stay in the area. Thanks for your hospitality :)

Stayed for a week and enjoyed being so close to the fabulous Avalon beach as the weather was hot. The villa was comfortable and cool with ceiling fans and air conditioners. Appreciated the early check-in and late check-out as it adds another day to your holiday. Simone was responsive to messages and went out of her way to provide assistance. Thank you.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The photos don’t do this place justice, it was even bigger than we expected, beautiful spacious home with everything we needed. We were so pleased with how well thought out the kitchen was, it literally had everything we needed! We loved having breakfast on the front balcony and greeted by a adorable kookaburra on the railing. Fantastic living room and cosy couch that was comfy and wide! Super peaceful and relaxing, only a short drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We (a family of 4) had a lovely stay at Coby’s beautiful house. Everything was like mentioned and in the pictures and even better! Lovely pool for the kids and Coby even left kids toys for our little son to play with. Coby was extremely helpful with EVERYTHING ! We had a wonderful stay. Thank you again! Location was really good too - some beautiful beaches around and Hillary’s just around the corner. Shopping facilities not far either. It was the perfect home for our family!

We enjoyed our stay in a great location with the family. The rooms were comfortable with fans and aircon and the pool was a bit (not heated though). Great view from the kitchen/balcony. Lots of stairs/levels so not great for young toddlers.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A short walk to a the beach where we enjoyed beautiful sunset swims. The heated pool at the house and fireplace were a highlight.
