We had a fantastic stay! The place was immaculately clean, with every detail well taken care of—even the utensils and cups were squeaky clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was beautifully designed. It also felt very private which made the experience better. Unfortunately, it was too cold to enjoy the pool, but we could see it would be lovely in warmer weather. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and spotless stay!

The Airbnb was in pristine condition, with all the necessary amenities for a longer stay. Super handy being able to have our dogs with us for the stay. Great location with nearby parks, shops and train station. Doug was a fantastic host, responded quickly to any communication and even gifted us a hamper for Christmas.

Feels like my west coast home now. Luke and Katie are really great communicators, making sure you have everything you need and really look after their guests. A comfortable place to stay in walking distance to beach and shops. Neighbours are super friendly and would highly recommend. This is my second time here and will always be my first port of call when needing to stay in the area. Thanks for your hospitality :)

Our stay in Giovanni’s apartment suited us incredibly well. It had all the features that are expected in a home away from home. It was very easy to explore the Perth area from the location ( we had a rental car) and wonderfully peaceful to come back to after busy days sightseeing. I would recommend staying here while in Perth. Everything was very clean and the bed very comfortable.

Beautiful tranquil place, Adults tree house! Full on kitchen very inviting. Love the little armchairs and the outside. Lots of little lights to make it easier. Very good with supplies for the little things and cleaning supplies. Lots extra bedding, towels.

Peter was absolutely fantastic. Prior contact to advise about key but also came to the house to meet us, even messaged later our first night to ensure we had everything we needed. The house was just beautiful, well appointed and comfortable. The neighbours friendly and the area nice and quiet and safe. Can highly recommend

The accomodation is located close to heartland amenities and has easy access to the highways to various parts of WA. Although not easily accessible to people with disabilities and on wheelchair because of the numerous flights of staircase one has to access to get to the interior of the accommodation unit, the location's situated in a friendly and safe neighbourhood. There were a few hiccups upon check in but Jason was quick to get them fixed the next day.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The photos don’t do this place justice, it was even bigger than we expected, beautiful spacious home with everything we needed. We were so pleased with how well thought out the kitchen was, it literally had everything we needed! We loved having breakfast on the front balcony and greeted by a adorable kookaburra on the railing. Fantastic living room and cosy couch that was comfy and wide! Super peaceful and relaxing, only a short drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay in a great location with the family. The rooms were comfortable with fans and aircon and the pool was a bit (not heated though). Great view from the kitchen/balcony. Lots of stairs/levels so not great for young toddlers.

This is a wonderful property! I was in town with a family of four and the accommodations were perfect! Stuart was very responsive and arranged for an early check-in when our flight arrived earlier than expected. When we checked-out of the property and left something valuable behind, Stuart was extremely responsive and helped us to quickly bring the issue to closure. I would stay here again if ever back in the area. Stuart is a great host and treated us like family.
