Dylan’s place was easy to get to, had ample parking right in front of the building, and was conveniently located nearby the event I was attending in town. Prior to booking I explained to Dylan that I had a bad experience in my last KC air bnb and he quickly made it clear that my concerns over my previous location would not happen here. He was super responsive throughout my stay. The place was comfortable, and upon checking in several issues were noticed from the previous tenant which he notified me of right away. When a couple more issues popped up, I notified him and he quickly responded and had the issues taken care of. I would come back to stay at Dylan’s place again. The unit is centrally located and quick access to highways. I appreciate the no step entry.

It was an adorable stay, completely worth everything! They even left an adorable face mask in the bathroom and had amazing smelling soap in the bathroom! Cute toys for my son, perfect for the staycation we needed.

Annette was a great communicator and was a great host. Good value for the price and in a very convenient location. Met our needs well and would stay here again.

second stay was just as great as the first 😁 the fireplace warmed the entire space and the hosts were sure to have the walkway free of any snow/ice so coming in and out was easy and worry free. very kind hosts and once again, I will be back!

She was very nice and even left me a bottle of wine!! Oh and the place was good especially the bed it was very comfortable! I would recommend to anyone very affordable, I will definitely be going back

It was very hard finding a place to stay for only 2 nights but Shawn’s family provided us with everything we needed for the amount of time we was there. The pictures that were taken gave us a great visual of what we were going to see when we got there. It was very spacious, very clean, and it felt like home!

Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend as an affordable place to stay. The host and co host seem to use automated messaging so it feels a bit commercialized. It was a bit annoying to find the key code over and over buried in a long list of automated messages about our stay. Behind the open head board of the bedroom bed there was an opening in the wall that most certainly should have a cover on it as well. Despite these issues it was a good bang for our buck and a clean place to stay a few days

Great location with a dining table and living space large enough and very comfortable for my family to celebrate Thanksgiving. Extremely well stocked kitchen and cozy beds. Friendly host that was very responsive. Will definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved staying here great location near everything nothing was more than 15 min away loved that it was a no shoe home it was very clean the decor was amazing she literally had everything you might need or didn't think you needed there was a surge break I messaged Casey she got back to me immediately less than a minute and fixed the minor issue 10/10 will stay here Everytime

Benjamin & Hannah were great host. We flew in for the Chiefs game, a little bit early and they let us check in about 2 hrs ahead of time so we weren't roaming the streets of kc with luggages. They recommended a few spots for us to eat at & go out & they were spot on. The house itself was great very clean perfect for a small group looking for a home feeling away from home. Thank you guys once again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home is cozy and beautiful. She even added extra amenities incase you needed which I thought was amazing. Host was very sweet and helpful! We had a flight delay and she was very understanding about it and let us stay a bit longer than expected. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to the area.

I enjoyed 2 nights at Abbey’s home, she was so accommodating to me arriving early last minute and I was so grateful for it! The hot tub was perfect for the cold winter. Thank you and I would definitely stay again!

Amazing location apartment is very very, very clean extremely comfortable. Very quiet I had no issues with check-in. I had no issues with anything. Everything was very smooth and Nicole replies back in seconds … Everything you need in the apartment plus more thank you Nicole for your hospitality. Hope to visit with you again….

The location itself was absolutely beautiful and meticulously maintained. The value for the price was exceptional—every detail was top quality. There’s truly nothing negative to say. Dom was wonderful as a host during a difficult time in our lives. The blizzard caused some delays in getting to the apartment and with the loss of my Mom during our stay we had a local place to regroup before heading home. Thank you for the care you gave to us.
